Patients who forced removal the uterus because those factor: uterine fibroids,tumor,postpartum uterine bleeding Etc. Patients body recovered,but the psychological trauma is serious. Patients performance by anxiety,depressed,those symptoms didn’t get the attention of the around people and active treatment. In this state for long time,the patient is getting heavier and heavier,brings pressure to work,life and society. At present,there are many kinds of western medicine treatment of anxiety depression state: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRI),Norepine phrine(NE),Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors(SSRI),Tricyclic inhibitors,Monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Western medicine treatment of Anxiety depression state got significant effects,but it has some side effects,patients often interrupted by intolerance,some patients because of rebound phenomenon refused to take medicine. Bu-shen-an- shen liquid combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets to cure post-hysterectomy concomitant with anxiety depression state,work faster and less side effects. The topic aims at discussing the clinical efficacy of bu-shen-an- shen liquid combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets to cure post-hysterectomy concomitant with anxiety depression state,to start a new way of treating the sickness with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicineMethods: 33 cases of Anxiety depression state with the onset of hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group(16 cases) and treatment group(17cases)who were selected from Neurology clinic outpatient of the TCM hospital of He Bei. There was no significant difference of the two groups in age,course of disease,Anxiety depression state scale. The control group was given only Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets 10 mg once per morning. The treatment group was given took Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets once,combined with bu-shen-an- shen liquid,three times a day,both group were served for 8 weeks. The treatment of Anxiety depression state outcome were evaluated by HAD assessment scale; the clinical efficacy were calculated by the reduced rate of HAD assessment scale; the side effects were calculated by TESS assessment scale. The detection of blood routine tests,urine routine tests,Liver biochemical tests,kidney function tests and ECG and adverse reaction were checked before and after the treatment.Results: Through the clinical observation showed that HAD score both decreased before and after treatment,and compared with the control group,the treatment group of anxiety score after treatment 5 weeks were more significantly reduce(P<0.05); compared with the control group,the treatment group of HAD score after treatment 8 weeks were more significantly reduce(P<0.0I),and anxiety score more significantly reduce(P<0.0I) compared with the control group. By the HAD reduced rate of clinical assessment,after 8 weeks of treatment,two groups both showed effective. Treatment group of effective rate was 11.8%,compared with that of control group 6.3% after 2 weeks of treatment. Treatment group of effective rate was 23.5%,compared with that of control group 6.3% after 5 weeks of treatment. Treatment group of effective rate was 88.2%,compared with that of control group 37.5.5% after 8 weeks of treatment. Treatment group of effective rate significantly(P<0.0I) compared with the control group. Before and after treatment,blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function,ECG etc had no significant abnormalities.Conclusion: Bu-shen-an- shen liquid combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablet to cure post-hysterectomy concomitant with anxiety depression state,the work faster,fewer side effects compared with that Escitalopram Oxalate Tablet used only group.
