Tibetan medicine "Yemeng" is the general name for a variety of plants of the genus Clematis, which is known as "Zang Mutong".It is one of the commonly used Tibetan medicine varieties. The efficacy of “yemeng”is Warm stomach, dispel cold, promote blood circulation, spleen, digestion and clinical use of cold sputum in the stomach, cold diarrhea, yellow water disease, edema, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic gastritis, etc. It is used in more than 10 classic preparations such as Weihe Pills.Regarding the classification and basics of "Yemeng",Tibetan ancient books and modern monographs are divided into white, black, flower(variegated)and yellow according to the color of the original plant. The basics of each species involve 23 species of Clematis L..,different literatures on the classification of "Yemeng" varieties and their different original views. There are also different types of primitive species used in different places, and there are crosses of basic plant species.Two-year-old branches of cane or leaves and flowers and fruits are used as medicines, and there are some differences in functional indications. On the one hand, whether these different primitive species have the same or similar efficacy from the perspective of ensuring the specification and effectiveness of clinical medication, the rationality of their use as the same medicinal material is worth exploring;on the other hand, these different basal plants It has a long history of clinical application and has the value of resource development and utilization. However, there is no comparative study on different types. This study uses C.akebioides(Maxim.)Hort.ex Veitch,C.tangutica(Maxim.)Korsn,C.Potaninii Maxim.,C.intricata Bunge,C.rehderiana Craib and other five species of clematis, which is used as the Tibetan medicine "Yemeng".refer to the clinical efficacy of Tibetan medicine and other ethnic medicinal clematis,The Total extracts were compared with the pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic, uric acid-lowering,liver-protecting and anti-benign prostatic hyperplasia, and provided evidence based on pharmacodynamics for the classification and resource development of Tibetan medicine "Yemeng".The study has obtained the following findings.1.Comparative study on the pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects: the results showed that the ear swelling caused by p-xylene in 5 kinds of clematis plants, the pain threshold of mice in hot plate method, the number of acetic acid writhing in mice, and mouse granuloma And the serum TNF-α and PGE2 levels in mice,MDA and SOD activity in mouse liver have a certain effect and influence。2.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of five botanical origin plants of Tibetan medicine "Yemeng" were investigated.the results showed that five plants had different levels of the effect on the ear swelling caused by p-xylene in 5 kinds of clematis plants, the pain threshold of mice in hot plate method, the number of acetic acid writhing in mice, and mouse granuloma, and the serum TNF-α and PGE2 levels in mice,MDA and SOD activities in various mice modles3.Comparative study of intrahepatic cholestasis effects: The results showed that except for the C.akebioides(Maxim.)Hort.ex Veitch, all other clematis plants could significantly affect serum ALT(alanine aminotransferase),AST(aspartate aminotransferase)and(total bile acid)levels in mice with cholestasis-induced liver injury. As well as the activity of liver SOD(superoxide dismutase),MDA(malondialdehyde)and GSH-PX(glutathione peroxidase),it has a certain liver-protecting effect.4.Comparative study on the effects of benign prostatic hyperplasia: The results showed that only C.potaninii Maxim.and C.rehderiana Craib were showed anti-prostate hyperplasia or alleviated the pathological condition of benign prostatic hyperplasia, but Various effects on serum PACP(prostate phosphatase),T(testosterone),DHT(dihydrotestosterone)and E2(estrogen)levels,as well as expression of mouse prostate tissue mBCL2 mRNA,mEGF mRNA and mBAX mRNA,There are certain differences in the amount of drugs, etc. Conclusion:In this study, five kinds of clematis-based plants used by Tibetan medicine as "Yemeng" were used as the object, and their total extracts were anti-inflammatory analgesic, uric acid-lowering and bile related to the clinical application of Tibetan medicine "Yemen".A preliminary comparative study on the protective effects of siltation-type liver injury,anti-proliferative benign prostatic hyperplasia and its mechanism of action showed that the five species of clematis showed activity in addition to anti-inflammatory and analgesic,in other pharmacological effects.Various aspects showed different intensity activities, and there were some differences in various effects on pharmacological indicators. The results suggest that from the perspective of pharmacological effects,Tibetan medicine has certain rationality for using these species as "Yemeng",but various pharmacological effects and mechanisms also show certain differences, apparently with various It is related to the composition and its composition, and it is still to be evaluated from the research of pharmacodynamic substances.
