Meta Analysis Of Clinical Study On The Treatment Of CHF With The Method Of Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation And Warming Yang And Benefiting Water

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical literatures on the treatment of heart failure with the method of invigorating qi and activating blood,warming Yang and benefiting water,and to comprehensively evaluate the treatment effect of the method on heart failure.Methods:Through the retrieval of four major databases and major traditional Chinese medicine journals,the clinical research literature on the treatment of heart failure with the methods of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,warming Yang and benefiting water was collected.The collected literatures were screened strictly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria to determine the final inclusion literatures.Jadad scoring scale was used to evaluate the quality of selected literatures and extract the basic data,research indicators,research results and other relevant information of the included literatures.Meta analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane collaboration.Result:A total of 43 literatures were screened and scored by Jadad.In order to increase the credibility of the Meta analysis results,29 low-quality literatures were excluded and 14 high-quality literatures were finally included for Meta analysis.(1)cardiac efficacy: RR=1.17,95%CI=[1.11,1.22],Z test results: Z=6.58,P<0.00001.(2)symptomatic effect: combined effect volume OR=5.15,95%ci =[3.95,6.72],Z test result: Z=12.12,P<0.00001.(3)symptom score: combined effect volume SMD=-0.61,95%CI=[-0.85,-0.37],Z test result Z=4.93,P<0.00001.(4)nt-probnp: combined effect volume SMD=-1.15,95%CI=[-1.91,-0.39],Z test result: Z=2.96,P=0.003.(5)Lee's integral: pooled effect size SMD=-0.39,95%CI=[-0.63,-0.16],Z test result: Z=3.30,P=0.001(6)LVEF: combined effect size WMD=3.46,95%ci =[1.35,5.57],Z test result: Z=3.21,P=0.001.(7)LVEDD: combined effect size SMD=-0.45,95%CI=[-0.59,-0.32],Z test result: Z=6.41,P<0.00001.(8)6MWT: pooled effect size SMD=0.73,95%ci =[0.43,1.03],Z test result: Z=4.72,P<0.00001.(9)MLHFQ: combined effect size WMD=-6.43,95%ci =[-8.68,-4.17],Z test result: Z=5.58,P<0.00001.Conclusion:1.Invigorating qi and activating blood,warming Yang and benefiting water can improve the heart function and symptom effect of heart failure patients,reduce the heart failure patients nt-probnp,LVEDD,syndrome score,Lee's score and Minnesota quality of life score,improve the heart pump function of heart failure patients,increase the 6-minute walking distance of heart failure patients.2.Herbs with high frequency in the treatment of heart failure by invigorating qi and activating blood,warming Yang and invigorating water therapy include aconite,cassia twig,astragalus membranaceus,ginseng,atractylodes,liquorice,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhizoma chuanxiong,motherwort,panax notoginseng,draba nilio,poria,cortex balsamae and alisma.3.The method of invigorating qi and activating blood,warming Yang and benefiting water is safe and reliable in the treatment of heart failure.
