| Objective: To observe the clinical influence of the replenishing Qi,promoting blood circulation,dispersing the lung,excreting the water Chinese traditional medicine in the patients of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: We inspired 60 patients who suffered from CHF. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. One was test group with 30 patients. The other was contrast group with 30 patients. Between two groups there was no significant difference in age, sex, course of diseases and severity degree before therapy. The contrast group using normative west medicine treatment,test group adding replenishing Qi,promoting blood circulation,excreting the water Traditional Chinese Medicine at the basic of the normative west medicine. Four weeks for a course of treatment. Investigating index including NYHA grading, TCM Syndromes, 6-minute walking test(6MWT), Ultrasonic Cardiogram index, level of blood serum BNP .Results: Heart function to improve the overall efficiency of the test group with 100%,96% of the contrast group, between the two groups,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).There is remarkable difference after statistics analysis on the TCM Syndromes, 6-minute-walk test (P<0.05)。The test group is better than the contrast group(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference by contrast their Ultrasonic Cardiogram index (LVEF, FS) before and after therapy (P>0.05), although LVEF of the two groups manifest increasing trend, the diameter of left Ventricle of the two guoups manifest decreasing trend. The two groups can decrease the raising level of blood serum BNP all(P<0.05). There is no statistical difference after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Using the replenishing Qi,promoting blood circulation,dispersing the lung,excreting the water Chinese traditional medicine treat patients who suffer from CHF excels using west medicine only on the aspect of TCM syndromes , 6-minute-walk test effect after statistics analysis.There is no statistical difference after 4 weeks treatment between the two groups on the curative effect of improving the heart function curative effect (NYHA gradin standards),decreasing the raising level of serum BNP in patient who suffer from CHF.There is no salience improving in the Ultrasonic Cardiogram index. |
