| Objective: To observe and summarize the clinical efficacy and advantages of qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,and to provide an effective and safe treatment for subacute thyroiditis.Methods:1.A total of 60 cases of subacute thyroiditis of wind-heat sputum obstruction type were included in this study,which were all from the outpatient and inpatient department of blood endocrine department of the affiliated hospital of Jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine(Jiangxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine).The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.2.Treatment group: qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe and prednisone acetate tablets was taken orally to treat subacute thyroiditis.Control group: prednisone acetate tablets were given orally.3.Eight weeks later,we looked at the clinical effects and safety of TCM syndromes,thyroid function,esr,c-reactive protein,main symptom remission time,adverse reactions and recurrence before and after treatment.Results:1.By statistically comparing,the thyroid function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and c-reactive protein of the two groups before and after treatment,P < 0.05;the comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,P < 0.05,it proves the differences were statistically significant.2.The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically compared,P < 0.05,indicating that the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.Compared with the control group after treatment,P < 0.05,it proves the differences were statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.The effective rate in the treatment group reached 96.67%,and that in the prednisone tablet and western medicine group reached 90%.After the ranch-sum test,P<0.05,proving that the therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of comprehensive clinical efficacy between the two groups: the efficiency of patients in the treatment group is 86.67% after the completion of the course of treatment,and that is 73.33% in the control group,P<0.05,it proves patients in the treatment group are more effective than control group.5.In terms of safety: during the treatment period,there were no abnormalities in general safety examinations,such as three major routine examinations,liver and kidney functions,electrocardiogram,etc,but 2case of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group.No recurrence occurred in the treatment group and 6cases in the control group.Conclusion:1.Qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe can improve the symptoms and signs of subacute thyroid patients.2.Qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe can improve the thyroid function,blood sedimentation and c-reactive protein in patients with subacute thyroid.3.Qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe can improve the side effects of hormones and is safe and reliable.4.Qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe can make up for the deficiency of hormones and can improve the prognosis.5.Shortcomings: the sample size of this study is small,failing to effectively reduce the deviation;The clinical effect of qingrejiedu xiaoying recipe in the treatment of subacute thyroid patients is derived from clinical experience and the mechanism is unclear;Lack of data support for animal and cell experiments;This subject is mainly based on clinical observation,which is easy to be affected by individual subjective factors,resulting in errors. |
