| Objective:Through theoretical research and literature review,the understanding of subacute thyroiditis in traditional Chinese medicine;through clinical research,observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiehuo Jiedu Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with heat and toxic stagnation syndrome,to provide theoretical basis and effective methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients with sub-acute thyroiditis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation of heat and toxin congestion syndrome.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiehuo Jiedu Xiaoying Formula,one dose a day,morning and evening;the control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,oral,10 mg/time,twice a day,and then adjusted the dosage according to the patient’s condition until the symptoms disappeared.With 4 weeks as a course of treatment,the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed after 2 courses of treatment.By observing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome integral,relevant thyroid hormone indexes(TSH,FT3,FT4),erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and other indicators before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions during treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:General situation comparison:The data of sex,age and course of disease between the control group and the treatment group were all higher than 0.05 by statistical analysis,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in general situation comparison,and there was comparability.(1)Comparison of curative effect indicators:the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.33%,while that in the control group was 83.33%.The statistical treatment showed that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%.The control group was 83.33%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)Thyroid-related hormone indicators:TSH level of the two groups before and after treatment was increased,while FT3 and FT4 decreased compared with before treatment.There was a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and C-reactive protein level decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)(4)Comparison of safety indicators:Blood,urine,liver and kidney function indicators of the two groups indicated normal,no obvious adverse reactions after taking medicine,high safety.Conclusion:The preliminary results show that Xiehuo Jiedu Xiaoying Formula can not only adjust the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with subacute thyroiditis,but also significantly improve the scores of TCM syndromes and related laboratory indicators.It has wide application prospects in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,which is safe,effective and low recurrence rate. |
