Indolizine is the core structure of many natural products and synthetic drugs and has a wide range of uses.For example,it can be used as a phospholipase,a nervous enzyme inhibitor,etc.in the biological field;it has antibacterial,anticancer,antihypertensive and other pharmacological effects in medicine;it can be used as a herbicide,insecticide,etc.in pesticides it can be used as dyes,pigments,etc.Common indolizines include natural products such as swainsonine,castanospermine,camptothecin,and spirulina,as well as synthetic drugs such as topotecan,which have anticancer,antiviral,antifungal,antihypertensive and other activities.The indolizine derivative can also be used as a fluorescent material and a dye,and is widely used in fields such as materials.In this paper,a multi-component reaction synthesis strategy was used to synthesize indolizine derivatives with ethyl pyridine acetate,phenylpropynyl aldehyde and a nucleophile(alcohol,thiol or amine)as reaction substrates,which are catalyzed by acid.The activity study of the synthesized compounds has certain significance for the development of the pharmaceutical field.
