Since the Western Industrial Revolution, the "body" has been faced with the erosion of mechanization, instrumental rationality and material capital. In this dilemma, how the body expresses itself in the bodily language has become a problem that philosophers are facing. With the disintegration of the Metaphysics Western in the 20 th century, the body phenomenology represented by Merleau-Ponty and Michel Henry gradually emerged, and the importance of the body was highlighted. Some scholars in Chinese academic circles have used this perspective to reflect on traditional Chinese philosophy and have made a new interpretation of the body problems in ancient Chinese philosophy. This article is also based on "Huainanzi",trying to cut through the "body" to systematically sort out its philosophy. The paper mainly includes five parts:First,by briefly describing the development history of the concept of "body" in Western philosophy,we can reflect the body thoughts of ancient Chinese philosophy.Define the connotation of body philosophy, and expound the research significance, research status, research methods and innovations of this thesis.Second,it traces the origin of the Huainanzi and his body philosophy."Huainanzi" is a book written by Liu An,the Huainan King of the Han Dynasty, and his guests. The origins of the body philosophy of Huainanzi includes the origin of social history and the source of thought. The origin of social history is mainly analyzed from the background of the era in which Liu An is located-the conflict between the Central Court and the Kingdom of the Princes. The main sources of thought are mainly the four works of Laozi,Zhuangzi,Guanzi and Lv shi chun qiu, which traces the ideological background of the body philosophy of Huainanzi.Third, based on the concept of "Qi",the basic viewpoint of the body philosophy of Huaianzi is launched.Under the influence of Jixia's Huangdi and Laozi school,Huainanzi no longer regards the Tao as merely an abstract spiritual principle, but gives it a specific body meaning. In particular, the introduction of the concept of Qi has led the Tao of Huainanzi to a path of body philosophy. This body philosophy with Qi release Tao reflects in the human body as the unity of Xing,Qi and Shen.Since the Xing and Shen of the human body are essentially unified Qi,"Huainanzi" advocates the medical health concept of "shun qi yang shou",that is,people want to achieve health and longevity,it is necessary to maintain a smooth flow and balance.Fourth,it evaluates the thought of the body philosophy of Huainanzi, and analyze its theoretical contributions and inadequacies. For the theoretical contribution of the body philosophy of Huainanzi, the author briefly discusses the influence of Huainanzi on Taoism?revealing the relationship between Xing?Qi and Shen?the confluence of Confucianism and Taoism. In response to its shortcomings,it starts from the three aspects of heaven and human beings?heaven and human induction?and attach importance to Shen but look down on Xing.Fifth,it makes a brief introduction to the modern enlightenment of the body philosophy of Huainanzi. The mainstream of modern medicine is the extreme analysis and objectification of the human body. But under the medical theory of physical reductionism, the dissected person is no longer a human being in the daily life dimension. The original experience of the essence of human existence captured in Huainanzi can provide an introspective perspective for the modern mainstream medical sinister path of positivism, which is expected to constitute a critical reference for modern mainstream medicine.
