Study On Diagnostic Significance Of Compound Pulse Of String Pulse Based On Literature And Clinical Data

Objective:1.To sort out the common complex pulse of chord pulse from literature research and clinical medical records,sorted out their respective diagnostic significance,and listed them in order of probability from big to small.2.By means of literature research,systematically sorting out the types of pulse-string complex and its clinical diagnostic significance from the relevant pulse diagnosis monographs and clinical literature?3.By means of clinical observation and case sorting,the common types of complex pulse in clinical upper chord pulse and their respective clinical diagnostic significance were sorted out,and their diagnostic significance is listed in order of probability.Methods:1.Through the ancient books database and other ways to obtain the relevant literature to be consulted:Shang Han Lun(Eastern Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing),Jin Gui Yao Lve(Eastern Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing),Wen Bing Tiao Bian(Qing Dynasty Wu Jutong),Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An(Qing Dynasty Ye Tianshi),etc,by excerpting cards,the types and diagnostic significance of chord-pulse combination are systematically sorted out from the representative passages or sentences that record chord-pulse combination.2.Methods of clinical research,Taking 8934 cases of patients treated by Professor Yao Meilin and Associate Professor Shi Qiang as the objectof study,the types and clinical diagnostic significance of chord-pulse concurrent pulse were extracted strictly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria by clinical card extraction method.The above-mentioned card was analyzed by statistics,and the probability of clinical diagnostic significance in various types of concurrent pulse was counted,and the probability was calculated according to the magnitude of the probability.The significance of clinical diagnosis is listed in the order of different types of concurrent pulse.3.Finally,the types and diagnostic significance of both chord and pulse in literature statistics are
