| Objective: The aim of the project shall,based on condition that during concomitant symptom of T2 DM pathogenesis of macroangiopathy,more and more clinical situation and experimental data show that rise of LDL has attracted much attention in occurrence and development of T2 DM complication;while terms of study as lipids abnormal,especially to abnormal triglyceride in occurrence and development of atherosis show less evidence,pay more effort to study the above-mentioned connection through setting up group A of type 2 of diabetes with atherosclerosis,B of type 2 of diabetes without atherosclerosis and C of healthy people as clinical experiment,and to detect the blood lipid profile to research differences of clinical indexes as blood lipid profile etc,which has great significance in deeply studying pathogenesis and prevention of diabetes arteriosclerosis.Method: 601 type 2 admitted diabetic patients of above 60 years,including male patient of 320 and female of 281,age from 60 to 87 and average of 69.97±0.58,from January 2017 to January 2018 from senior endocrinology department of Qingdao University affiliated hospital be targeted,all of whom with empty stomach for blood collection,FBG detection,FINS,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,hsCRP and HbAlc.Thereupon,software of Eipdata be adopted to establish database and data entry,and excel and SPSS19.0 to complete statistic analysis.Upon completion of single factor analysis,the variables obtained which is influencing blood fat shall be adopted to multi-factor regression analysis of Logistic,thus to calculate OR and 95%CI which identify all influencing factors acting on disorder of blood fat.Result: Group patients with medical history of hypertension and TG,group of type 2 diabetes CAS is higher that of non-diabetes CAS in rise of TC,LDL-C and abdominal perimeter etc,and the two groups are showing statistically significant difference in P<0.05 of Course Group of type 2 diabetes CAS is sharply higher than that of non-diabetes CAS in occurrence frequency of clinical symptom of dizziness,anorexia,heavy body and head,dysphoria and obesity,deficiency of Yin,heat and phlegm-dampness.Conclusion: single factor analysis indicates that 9 variables showed a great influence to blood fat,and 7 of which adopted for multi-factor analysis to obtain 3 variable differences with significance in statistics,all of which indicate that drinking,body lipid and HOMA-IR are all risk factors causing dyslipidemia.Discussion: Hypertension,hyperlipidemia and increase in abdominal perimeter are the main risk factors causing occurrence and development of cAs;Through statistic analysis of risk factor study,Group patients with medical history of hypertension and TG,group of type 2 diabetes CAS is higher that of non-diabetes CAS in rise of TC,LDL-C and abdominal perimeter etc,and a significant difference in statistics as P<0.05 of Course,therefore,that hypertension,hyperlipidemia and increase in abdominal perimeter are the main risk factors causing occurrence and development of cAs;The two groups are showing statistically significant difference in P<0.05 of Course,which indicates that diabetes are more easily to induce atherosclerosis. |
