Infectious disease hospitals in China play an important role in the prevention and control of infectious disease epidemics.However,due to the relatively single business of infectious disease hospitals,the diversion of infectious disease sources,the need to optimize the knowledge structure of medical staff,and the incompatibility with the new medical reform policy,the development of infectious disease hospitals has entered a bottleneck period.In this situation,infectious disease hospitals must start from their own,strengthen internal management,perfect the system,optimize their performance evaluation system to improve the quality of medical services,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and cultivate their sense of responsibility and centripetal force,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital.Only in this way can we better complete the prevention and control of SARS,H1N1,H7N9 and other epidemics,and protect the lives and health of the people.With the deepening of the new national health care reform policy,the exploration of performance management of public hospitals has become an important part of the reform of public hospitals,and performance evaluation is a crucial part of performance management.This paper attempts to proceed from the actual situation of special public hospitals such as infectious diseases hospitals,through in-depth investigation and analysis of the current performance of infectious diseases hospitals in H city.Through the analysis of drawbacks of assessment system,the new medical reform policy,the "Rules for Assessment of Third Class Infectious Disease Hospitals" and the practical experience of relevant hospitals,the method of Balanced Scorecard and KPI,as a performance evaluation index system,are designed to evaluate the medical quality and patient satisfaction.The weight of indicators are determined by the questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy,and suggestions are put forward to optimize the performance evaluation index system,so as to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,promote their own business level,and achieve the unity of social and economic benefits of infectious disease hospitals.
