| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 980 nm long pulse laser combined with topical 0.5% MITF-siRNA cream in the treatment of facial telangiectasia in the plateau region,and to provide an optimized treatment scheme for the postoperative repair of facial telangiectasia in the plateau region.Method: Sixty-seven patients with facial telangiectasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.The control group patients were treated with 980 nm long pulse laser alone,while the observation group patients were treated with 980 nm long pulse laser combined with 0.5% MITF-siRNA cream.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:1.After two individualized treatments,Melanin index(MI),Erythema index(EI)and Transepidermal water loss(TEWL)of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the reduction was more significant in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the safety evaluation,no serious adverse reactions occurred in 67 patients,and the reactions recorded were all reversible,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Patients in both groups were followed up for 3 months and 6 months with no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusions: 980 nm laser combined with topical 0.5% MITF-siRNA cream is more effective than 980 nm laser alone in the treatment of facial telangiectasia in plateau areas,which can effectively reduce facial erythema and pigmentation,repair skin barrier damage,and has certain clinical promotion value. |
