Study On Prescription And Drug Composition Of "Long Cha" Gynecological Diseases In Tibetan Medicine

Tibetan medicine has a long history of thousands of years.It is an excellent component of traditional Chinese medicine and a summary of the long-term experience of the working people in their struggle against diseases.Gynecological diseases are of common concern to the whole world.Tibetan medicine has accumulated rich theories,effective formulas and unique advantages in the treatment of gynecological diseases,and has good clinical effects in the treatment.Ancient Tibetan medical literature contains valuable prescriptions and drugs for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases,which are worth studying and sorting out.Based on the study of the composition rules of gynaecological "longcha" prescriptions in the Tibetan medical literature of past dynasties,this paper discusses the composition rules of gynaecological "longcha" prescriptions,providing references for clinical medication.The literature of gynecological "longcha" prescription was collected and sorted by literature method.The literature search scope mainly included the ancient Tibetan medicine literature.The literatures obtained were classified,and the prescriptions of "longcha" of gynecology were collected.Based on the original efficacy of prescriptions and related records,classification statistics were conducted,and the frequency,frequency and category of drugs in each type of prescriptions were analyzed.Statistical software package was used for frequency statistical analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis,association rules and other comparative analysis of the data,to deduce the characteristics and composition rules of gynecological "longcha" prescription.Purpose of researchIn this paper,data mining technology was used to study and deduce the prescription compatibility rules of "long cha" gynecological diseases in Tibetan medicine.The research methodsStatistical software package was used for frequency statistical analysis,factor analysis,clustering analysis,association rules and other comparative analysis of the data.Research results 1.Established the prescription database of "long cha" gynecological diseases of Tibetan medicine;2.Discovered the drugs frequently used in the prescriptions for treating "lonca" gynecological diseases;3.Found a group of drugs frequently used in the prescriptions for treating "lonca" gynecological diseases;4.The compatibility law of prescriptions fully conforms to the theory of "six flavors","eight natuses" and "seventeen effects" of Tibetan medicine;Research conclusionsAs a whole,the prescription of "longcha" gynecological diseases in Tibetan medicine is closely related to the nature of "taste,nature and effect",and its efficacy is mainly based on heat,while the medicinal taste is mainly based on gan xin,which reflects the principle of treating cold diseases with heat drugs in the four Tibetan medical codes.Research innovation 1.Study on the application of data mining technology to the compatibility of Tibetan medicine prescriptions 2.Explore the compatibility rules of Tibetan medicine prescriptions from the aspects of taste,properties and effects...
