A Real World Study On The Effect Of The Combination Of Androstenone Hydrochloride On Smoking Cessation

Objective: To discuss the effect of bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and psychological intervention as well as real-world smoking cessation on We Chat platform as well as relevant influencing factors.Methods: 283 subjects were divided into two groups according to their own wishes.84 people chose We Chat and psychological intervention,and were defined as psychological group.199 people chose bupropion hydrochloride and We Chat and psychological intervention,and were defined as drug group.The one-month smoking cessation rate of the two groups in 3 months was compared,and the factors affecting the smoking cessation rate were analyzed.Results: 1.There are significant differences between the two groups in the career and most of the friends regarding whether they smoke.The medical staff and their families more readily accept smoking cessation drug therapy.people with more friends who smoke are more likely to choose psychological intervention.The drug success rate was57.8%,and the success rate of the psychological group was 10.7%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups;the average drug weight increased by 2.6 kg,and the psychological group increased by 3.5 kg on average,with no statistically significant difference;there were hazard factors of depression(OR=7.772),psychological intervention(OR=14.292),non-smoking related diseases(OR=4.492),and the act of smoking more than 20 cigarettes(OR=4.090)for successful smoking cessation.Smoking cessation not required by families(OR=0.463)and adequate preparation for smoking cessation(OR=0.274)are protective factors for successful smoking cessation.Conclusion:(1)Medical staff and their families are more likely to receive drug treatment;(2)Bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets + psychological intervention +We Chat platform can significantly improve the rate of smoking cessation;(3)Smokers with friends quitting smoking at the same time can increase the rate of smoking cessation;(4)There are hazard factors of depression,psychological intervention,non-smoking related diseases,and the act of smoking more than 20 cigarettes for successful smoking cessation;smoking cessation required by families and adequate preparation for smoking cessation are protective factors for successful smoking cessation;...
