Objective: To investigate the smoking cessation effect and related factors of respiratory physicians' intervention combined with WeChat platform in the high-risk group of patients with copd who are dependent on tobacco,and to propose effective smoking cessation programs for this group.Methods: In this prospective cohort study,we recruited 250 eligible smokers They were randomly divided into two groups with or without doctors' active smoking cessation service and followed-up for 3 months.The smoking cessation rate and the characteristics of successful smoking cessation groups were compared.Analyze the factors that influence quit rate.Results: After beginning quit for 3months,the success rate of the group with respiratory physicians actively involved was 65.0%(80/123);the success rate of control group was35.0%(42/120).Conclusions:(1)Doctors in mobile-smoking cessation services plays a very important role to improve quit rates,in people at high risk for copd.(2)Education is associated with success in quitting smoking,Smoking cessation rates are high among higher education groups.
