The Clinical Value Of D-dimer In Colorectal Cancer

Object:Discuss the clinical value of D-dimer in the analyze of lymphatic metastasis,intravascular caicinoma thrombus and mesenteric carcinoma tubercle in colorectal cancerMethods:Collect database from55 patients with colorectal cancer from September 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research group.Measure their venous blood D-Dimer and their pathology results,analyze the relationship between lymphatic metastasis,intravascular caicinoma thrombus and mesenteric carcinoma tubercle and find the connection between them.Results:D-Dimer has relationship with the stage and the differentiated degree of carcinoma(χ2=8.054,P<0.05);has positive significance in the analyze of lymphatic metastasis(χ2=4.051,P<0.05),intravascular caicinoma thrombus(χ2=9.632,P<0.05);has less relationship with mesenteric carcinoma tubercle in colorectal cancer(P>0.05)Conclusion:D-Dimer has relationship with the stage and the differentiated degree of carcinoma and there is a positive correlation between intravascular caicinoma thrombus and D-Dimer.
