Objective: The main cause of death of colorectal cancer is metastasis and recurrence. At the time of initial diagnosis, approximately 25% of patients with colorectal cancer had liver and lung metastases.Studies have shown abnormal blood coagulation in cancer patients, and hypercoagulation of blood is beneficial to the invasion of tumor cells. The purpose of this study was to observe and analyze the variation of the coagulation function in patients with colorectal cancer in hematogenous metastasis, and to investigate its clinical significance.Materials and methods:368 patients with colorectal cancer who were diagnosed for the first time in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from Dec,2016 to Jun,2017,including 55 patients with distant metastasis of colorectal cancer which including 44 cases of hematogenous metastasis(group C)and 313 cases of colorectal cancer without metastasis(group B),and 150 patients with colorectal polyp(group A),retrospective analysis of conventional indicators of coagulation. The five coagulation were measured in 3 groups. The differences of coagulation indicators among 3 groups were analyzed. Results:Compared with the group A,FIB and D-Dimer in group B were obviously increased(p<0.01).Compared with the group B,FIB and D-Dimer in group A were obviously increased(p<0.01).Among the groups, the PT,APTT and TT had no significant differencep>0.05).Conclusions:Patients with colorectal cancer in hematogenous metastasis have higher plasma levels of FIB and D-Dimer,suggesting that the blood anticoagulation and fibrinolysis were impaired. The increase of plasma FIB and DD levels is closely related to the proliferation and hematogenous metastasis of colorectal malignancies. The detection of plasma FIB and DD can be used as a simple and non-invasive method for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of colorectal cancer patients. To actively improve the hypercoagulability of Patients can afect the colorectal cancer growth and metastasis,so as to prolong the survival of patients.
