Synthetic drugs gradually replace traditional drugs and are widely used in society.With the high relapse rate of ice abusers,how to help ice abusers effectively prevent relapses and successfully rehabilitate drugs has become an important issue in anti-drug social work.Cognitive behavioral therapy is to change the irrational cognition of the owner and correct psychotherapy of bad behavior through cognitive behavioral techniques.This article explores the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the prevention of relapse of methicide abusers and its mechanisms.The author will use the six methamphet abusers served by the anti-drug social organizations of Shanghai Self-Strengthening Social Service as research objects.In the intervention intervention of about three months,the cognitive behavioral therapy will be used in group work to help the meth abusers change their attitudes.The irrational cognition of synthetic drugs,resisting the temptation of drugs,and returning to social life.The main contents of this article include: First,as a research background,the author introduced the anti-drug social work organization of the Shanghai Self-Strengthening Social Societies,carried out focus group work,and found problems in the focus group interviews to further understand the causes of the problems and implemented the group.activity.Secondly,as the core content of this article,it mainly introduces the practice of cognitive behavioral therapy in the relapse and intervention of methicone abusers.This study uses a single subject's research method to judge whether the intervention experiment is effective by comparing the behavior change of the study subjects during the baseline period and the intervention period.The intervention study was conducted for three and a half months.During the intervention period,the focus group interviews and group work were conducted simultaneously for the five intervention themes.For each topic,first focus groupinterviews,after understanding the research object,then carry out the corresponding group activities to implement the intervention,and finally evaluate the activity.Through focus group interviews and group activities,the authors relapsed and intervened to change the bad cognition and behavior of methamphetic abusers on synthetic drugs,deal with high-risk situations,make them aware of the harm to synthetic drugs,and reduce the relapse rate of methamphetic abusers.Finally,reviewing the basic process of the experimental study intervention,summarizing the intervention experience,reflecting on the deficiencies in the intervention process,evaluating the cognitive status of the methamphetic abusers and comparing them with baseline cognitive status,and finally This experiment studied whether the intervention was effective.The author's main point is: for the lack of confidence in ice abusers,serious negative emotions,and irrational cognition,the use of cognitive behavioral therapy to relapse on ice abusers.Cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively change their irrational cognition and mental health status during the process of reviewing and interfering with methic abusers.Moreover,cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective in this area and is used by anti-drug agencies and psychotherapy organizations to provide opportunities for drug abusers to prevent relapses.Through the study of cognitive behavioral interventions to prevent relapse,more anti-drug social workers can understand and apply this method to better serve drug abusers to provide better services and help them return to society.As a psychological therapy method,cognitive behavioral therapy has the characteristics of short treatment time and obvious therapeutic effect in correcting and improving bad personality and behavior.It establishes mutual trust with the client and gives the client constant recognition and encouragement.Knowing that behavioral therapy can be implemented and ensured good results has a wide range of application prospects in helping ice abusers prevent relapse.
