Objective:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and Incidence of Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)in the population of Western Guangxi.To provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the causes of ITP in the population of Western Guangxi and exploring new ways of treatment.Methods:(1)A total of 80 cases of ITP patients diagnosed as primary ITP patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University For Nationalities from October 2016 to December 2017 were collected as the research group.At the same time,80 cases of health examiners in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University For Nationalities were collected as the control group.The "13C urea breath test" was carried out in all the subjects.The ITP patients with Hp infection were randomly divided into Bactericidal group and Non bactericidal group,Hp negative patients were divided into Hp negative group.(2)The infection rate of Hp in the research group and the control group was compared and analyzed,to understand the difference of Hp infection rate between the ITP patients and the control group.(3)Bactericidal group in the treatment of Hp treatment and prednisone treatment.Non Bactericidal group and The Hp negative group only for the treatment of prednisone.The "13C urea breath test" was reviewed in the Bactericidal group by 1 months after treatment,to understand whether the Hp was removed.The three groups of patients examined blood routine before and seventh?fourteenth?twenty-first ?28 days after treatment,in order to understand the platelet count,Whether there was a difference between the groups before and after the treatment.(4)Analysis of the platelet count changes for successful or failed treatment of Hp in the Bactericidal group,to understand the impact on the treatment of ITP for successful or failed treatment of Hp.Results:(1)The rate of Hp infection was compared between the research group and the healthy control group: The infection rate of Hp in the research group was 53.75%,which was significantly higher than the control group(31.25%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Platelet count was compared between the Bactericidal group,the Non Bactericidal group and the Hp negative group before or after treatment :There was no statistical difference between the three groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,there were statistical differences between the Bactericidal group and the Non bactericidal group in the fourteenth days,also between the Non bactericidal group and the Hp negative group,and last to twenty-eighth days(P < 0.05);There was no statistical difference in platelet count comparison between the Bactericidal group and the Hp negative group after treatment(P> 0.05).(3)The curative effect of Bactericidal group,Non bactericidal group and the Hp negative group was compared:The total effective rate of the Bactericidal group,the Non bactericidal group and the Hp negative group were 77.27%?47.61% ?75.68%respectively.there were statistical differences between the Bactericidal group and the Non bactericidal group,also between the Non bactericidal group and the Hp negative group.there was no statistical difference between the Bactericidal group and the Hp negative group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of the platelet count and curative effect in patients with successful and failed Hp treatment in bactericidal group:The number of platelets increased significantly in Radical cure of HP success group,The difference was statistically significant compared with the Radical cure of HP failure group(P < 0.05);15 cases of successful treatment with Hp infection,14 cases of complete reaction,1 were ineffective,the total efficiency is 93.75%,and 7cases were failed to cure Hp infection,2 cases of complete reaction,1 were effective,and 4 were ineffective,The efficiency is 42.86%,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The rate of Hp infection of the ITP patients was higher than health examiners which from the population of Western Guangxi.(2)Hp infection is associated with the incidence of ITP which from the population of Western Guangxi,It is the cause of disease in some ITP patients.(3)For ITP patients with Hp infection,Anti Hp therapy combined hormone therapy is expected to improve the efficiency of treatment.
