| Objective: To investigate the effect of two different drainage methods,single tube and double tube,on the incidence of lymphatic cysts after laparoscopic radical surgery of cervical cancer.Methods: Eighty-seven patients underwent laparoscopic radical surgery of cervical cancer from June 2015 to August 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected and divided into abdominal single tube drainage group(n=29)and abdominal double tube drainage group(n=58)according to the number of indwelling drainage tubes.The number of lymph node dissection,the time of drainage tube indwelling,the total drainage volume and the incidence of lymphatic cysts were compared between the two groups.Results: The incidence of lymphatic cyst was slightly lower in the single tube group than that in the double tube group,and there was no significant difference(p>0.05).Postoperative total drainage volume and the time of drainage tube indwelling had no effect on the incidence of lymphatic cysts.(p>0.05).The number of lymph node dissection and the occurence of lymphatic cysts were not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion: Using single tube drainage of abdominal wall can reduce the discomfort caused by drainage tube and save the cost of medical treatment,which does not increase the incidence of lymphatic cysts after operation compared with double tube drainage of abdominal wall. |
