Objective:Acute cerebral infarction(ACI)refers to local or extensive cerebral vascular stenosis or occlusion caused by various causes,leading to blood supply disruption and circulatory disturbance in brain tissue,resulting in ischemia and hypoxia of brain tissue,resulting in brain tissue.a group of cerebrovascular diseases that are softened,necrotic,and have neurological deficits.ACI has a the characteristics of high incidence,the high morbidity and high mortality.ACI not only cause harm to patients health and life,but also bring heavy burden to the family and society,and seriously reduced the living quality of patients and their families.With the rapid development of the social and economic level,the people’s living standards are gradually improving,living habits and dietary structure are changing,the population is aging,and the incidence of ACI is increasing year by year.At present,the reduction of the incidence,morbidity and mortality of ACI have become the focus and difficulty of clinical researchers.Pentraxins 3(PTX3)belongs to the family of normal pentameric proteins and is a newly discovered acute inflammatory phase protein.PTX3 can directly and accurately reflect the inflammatory state of local blood vessels,therefore,PTX3 also has certain significance in evaluating the progress of acute cerebral infarction.PTX3 is involved in acute coronary syndrome,heart failure,myocardial infarction,atrial fibrillation,hypertension and other cardiovascular disease,and has became a new biochemical indicator of cardiovascular diseases.PTX3 levels were associated with severity of cerebral infarction.PTX3 can be used as the evaluation of early diagnostic and prognostic 1n the clinical,and play a positive role.The aim of this study is to examine the association between plasma pentraxin 3 dynamic changes with acute ischemic stroke,and explore the relationship between PTX3 and development and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction,and clear whether PTX3 has clinically guiding significance of judgement on change state and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.242 Hospital and Benxi Central Hospital were divided into acute cerebral infarction group,in July 2016 to February 2018,55 males and 28 females,aged 49 to 88,average of 66.82±9.63.The patients were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of 2014 Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China,and confirmed by head MRI.At the same time,21 healthy individuals were included as a control group,without previous history of cerebral vascular disease,eliminated cerebrovascular diseases by head CT or MRI,14 males and 7 females,aged 52 to 84,average of 65.67±9.02.There was no statistically significant difference in age and sex(P>0.05),between the two groups were comparable.The serum PTX3 level was detected by ELISA assay on the 2d,7d,14d after admission,and the related indicators were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Using SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Serum PTX3 of acute cerebral infarction patients significantly increased than that of the control group at 2d,7d and 14d(P<0.01).The serum PTX3 level decreased over time,however,it was still higher than the normal control group at 14d.2.At 2d,following the increase of infarction area,PTX3 level gradually increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The infarction area have a positive correlation with PTX3,r=0.341,p=0.002。3.Correlation analysis results showed that diabetes,hypertension,atrial fibrillation,carotid stenosis,TC and LDL-C have a positive correlation with PTX3.Multiple regression analysis indicates that the PTX3 have a positive correlation with diabetes,hypertension,atrial fibrillation,carotid stenosis and infarction area(P<0.05).4.Correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis results showed that the NIHSS have a positive correlation with 2d PTX3,7d PTX3 and 14d PTX3(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Serum PTX3 of acute cerebral infarction patients significantly increases,and it decreases gradually when depression was treated.2、Diabetes,hypertension,atrial fibrillation,carotid artery stenosis and infarction area are the influence factors for PTX3 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and have positive correlation with PTX3.3、The PTX3 has positive correlation with NIHSS,and it can provide a basis for the injury of nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
