Objective:to study the apoptosis receptor 1(programmed cell death 1,PD-1)programmed,death receptor and the Ligand 1(programmed cell death-Ligand 1,PD-L1)in ovarian pulp,mucinous tumor three properties(malignant,border,benign)difference in the expression and its quantity.1.According to the expression of pd-l1 and the difference analysis of its quantity,it can provide a laboratory basis for the clinical implementation of specific immunotherapy programs for tumor patients;2.The expression of pd-1 can indirectly determine the patient's resistance to tumor?Methods:the wax samples of ovarian tumors diagnosed in the department of pathology of yan 'an university hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were collected and divided into three groups according to the nature of the tumors.The expression of pd-1 / pd-l1 in ovarian tumors of the three groups were compared by immunohistochemistry and the differences in the amount were analyzed?Results:a total of 127 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor(Wax block),50 cases of malignant,34 cases of borderline,43 cases of benign were included.Pd-1 was mainly expressed in stromal cells and cancer cells of ovarian tumors,and the positive expression rate of pd-1in the three groups of tumors was significantly different(P<0.05),in which the positive rate of pd-1 in malignant tumors was 36%,and in borderline tumors and benign tumors was 64% and 65%,respectively.The positive rates of pd-1 in malignant tumors were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the positive rates of pd-1 in borderline and benign tumors were not statistically significant(P>0.05).PD-L1 expression in nuclear heterogeneous cell,its expression and its quantity of the three groups of tumor differencewas statistically significant(P < 0.05),malignant high positive expression rate of 84%,border sex positive high expression rate of 53%,benign high positive expression rate of16%,with the three groups of the malignant degree of decreasing high positive expression rate exists significant difference(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference in the expression of pd-l1 between serous and mucinous tumors in the 50 cases of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor group(P<0.05),while the expression of pd-l1 between serous and mucinous tumors in the other two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)?Conclusion:1.The positive expression rate of pd-1 in ovarian epithelial tumors is generally low.2.Pd-1 has the lowest expression rate in malignant ovarian epithelial tumors,which can damage the body's own immunity.3.The expression of pd-l1 increased with the increase of malignant degree of ovarian epithelial tumor.
