In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of digital medical care in China and to improve the level of digital medical services,the establishment of a unified standard large clinical database and digital disease area system is the current research hotspot and construction trend.With the increasing strength of medical reform,the reform needs put forward by hospitals continue to deepen and concrete,and the digital construction of most medical institutions in our country has already achieved phased results,but at present the level is still relatively backward,and the function is not perfect enough.And each application system is independently developed by the manufacturer,the data preservation is relatively scattered,the compatibility is poor,can not be unified management and utilization,the data can not be shared,resulting in low data utilization and a large number of redundancy.At the same time,the problems of increasing the cost,difficulty and high cost of seeing a doctor,increasing the workload of the medical workers and the inefficiency of the service have affected the experience of the patient in seeing a doctor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the current situation of a tertiary first-class hospital was investigated,the system demand analysis and clinical big data treatment analysis were carried out,aiming at the holistic nursing,intelligent monitoring,clinical big data collection and transmission,This paper presents a set of solution and architecture model for hospital and clinical big data-oriented digital ward system.The system is divided into threetier architecture and four main modules.Secondly,according to the demand analysis and design requirements of the server,this paper establishes the Netty network architecture as the server communication framework and JSON as the cross-platform data transmission format,designs the functions of each module and the network communication protocol.Realize the server and intelligent medical device connection,data acquisition,forwarding and other functions.Aiming at the treatment of clinical big data,the processing platform of Hadoop big data is determined.The software architecture of clinical big data processing is designed by using functions and components of HDFS,MapReduce,Flume,Sqoop,and the functions of cleaning,storing and querying of clinical big data are realized.The distributed database of big data is established to provide the analysis and application platform at the grass-roots level.Finally,through the system test and the practical application of a tertiary first class hospital,the system has reached the expected requirements,solved the monitoring and management problem of the intelligent medical terminal,and established a set of big data distributed database for the hospital.In order to realize data sharing and management in digital hospital area,the work efficiency of medical staff is significantly improved,the contradiction between doctors and nurses is alleviated,and the modernization of digital medical treatment is promoted.
