Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Topical Pearl Powder On Wound Healing After Damp-heat Injection Syndrome Of Low Anal Fistula

Purpose:Through the clinical research of Pearl-powder applied to the wound after the operation of Low anal fistula of damp heat,explore the effect of it on postoperative wound healing,to evaluate the effect of Pearl-powder on the wound surface after the operation of Low anal fistula of damp heat.Material and method:From September 2018 to may 2019,82 patients with Low anal fistula of damp heat were selected for this study,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,41 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups,which was comparable(P>0.05).The patients in both groups were treated with "Incision and thread-drawing" operation type.After operation,the control group was treated with sterilized Vaseline-gauze,while the treatment group was treated with Pearl-powder and sterilized Vaseline-gauze,in addition,all the other disposals were consistent;On the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,the Wound area and Reduction rate,Wound exudation and cleaning degree,Wound pain degree,Wound carrion shedding time,Granulation tissue growth and the Wound healing time of the two groups were recorded and evaluated respectively.On the 21 st day after operation,the Curative effect was evaluated and the Total effective rate was calculated.After that,statistical analysis and comparative study were carried out by Spss20.0 software.Results:1.There is no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of basic information such as gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05),there was comparability between groups.2.There is no statistical significance between the two groups in the initial value of symptoms and signs to be observed(P>0.05),and there is comparability between the groups;In the statistical analysis and comparison of the observed indicators,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The Total effective rate of the treatment group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the whole process of this observation,there was no obvious side effect in both groups,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Pearl-powder group was used in the treatment of Low anal fistula of damp heat wounds after the operation,it can accelerate Wound healing speed and the Carrion shedding time,it can effectively relieve the exudation of wound surface,and it is beneficial to the growth and repair of granulation tissue.Effectively reduce the Recurrence rate,the curative effect was better than that of the control group.Pearl-powder is safe and effective in the treatment of Low anal fistula of damp heat,moreover,its curative effect is safe and reliablethe,it has the advantages of simple application,good compliance and low price,good compliance and low price,and is easy to be popularized in clinical practice.
