Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Wound Healing After Surgical Treatment Of Lower Anal Fistula With Damp-heat Injection

Objective: For clinical common disease,frequently-occurring disease,anorectal diseases in recent years as people living standard and the change of lifestyle and living environment,its prevalence is increasing trend year by year.Among them,the incidence of anal fistula is second only to hemorrhoids.The main treatment method is surgery,but the postoperative pain,edema and other complications of anal fistula seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.This topic mainly by local external use white dragon's scattered observation on the postoperative anal fistula by local application of tin powder,observe the clinical curative effect,low simple anal fistula postoperative wound healing and vaseline group was used to control,explore postoperative pain in patients with anal fistula of tin,a margin of edema and the impact of new blood vessels of the wound,provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Methods: to choose between December 2016 and in August 2017,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university anorectal 60 cases of hospitalized patients with hot and humid betting type low simple anal fistula,42 cases of men,women,18 cases,aged20 to 60 years.All patients were divided into two group :treatment group and control group randomly,each group has 30 patients.There were no Meaningful differences in gender,age,duration,and surgical wound area in the two groups of patients.After surgery,all patients began to change the medicine the day after surgery,and the treatment group was treated with tin dispersing yarn.The control group gave vaseline to change medicine.The safety,compliance and adverse events in the treatment of two groups were observed respectively.To observe and record the pain condition of the patients in the 3th and 5th day after surgery,the condition of the wound surface edema;The new blood vessels in the 5th and 10 th days after surgery,and the overall effect of the 21 th day after surgery.Results: 1.The wound pain: 3 days there was no statistically Meaningful differences in treatment group and control group(P > 0.05),5 days after the comparison,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);2.Surface edema: treatment group was better than the other group(P < 0.05)in the 3th and 5th day.3.The blood capillary content of the wound surface: the number of treatment groups in the 5th and 10 th day was more than that in the control group(P <0.05).In the 5th and 10 th days after surgery,The numbers of the expressed in the treatment group are more than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine: 21 days after operation,the treatment group was better than the other group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Tin powder for treating type low simple anal fistula of postoperative wound healing clinical curative effect,can ease postoperative wound pain,edema,and can increase the new blood vessels of the wound.The patients can accept it easliy and alleviate the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients after anal fistula.It fully embodies the characteristics and advantages of TCM therapy and can be applied in clinic.
