| Objective:To compare the effects of Compound sophora combined with TACE and simple TACE on liver function, immune function and postoperative adverse reactions in patients with liver cancer. Methods:Collection in November 2016 to November 2017,I division in the hospital, have examined the clinical and imaging diagnosis methods of diagnosis for liver cancer patients with a total of 100 cases,it is divided into two groups at random, simple group contains 52 cases patients, with conventional line simply with conventional therapy, chemotherapy regimens: 5-Fu injection, injection epirubicin, recombinant interleukin-2 injection and oxaliplatin into injection;TACE combined with CKI group consisted of 48 patients, and the treatment was based on pure TACE,and the hepatic artery infusion was administered with compound sophora injection(shanxi zhendong pharmaceutical co.,LTD.).Were compared between two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative liver function index,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and white blood cells, platelets, changes of the indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions after any statistically significant.Result: 1.100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all normal, surgery was performed on 13 transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy after operation,87 underwent surgery with conventional, two groups of patients in gender, age and tumor size, preoperative liver function index there is no statistical differences.2.TACE combined with CKI group was better than the simple TACE group for the decline of postoperative liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,GGT),and the differences in liver function indexes after the two groups were statistically significant.3.The decrease of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)index in the TACE combined with CKI group was not significantly better than that in the TACE group. There was no significant difference in the alpha-fetoprotein index between the two groups.4.The incidences of adverse reactions to postoperative conventional TACE alone(82.69% gastrointestinal reaction,fever,pain,75.00% to 88.46%),combined with conventional CKI group relationship the incidence of adverse reactions(gastrointestinal reaction,fever,pain,50.00% and 56.25% 54.16%),two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions between the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.Arterial perfusion of compound sophora flavescentis injection can reduce the damage of TACE to liver function of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.2.Arterial perfusion of compound sophora flavescentis injection can enhance the killing effect of TACE on liver cancer cells to a certain extent.3.Arterial perfusion of compound sophora flavescentis injection can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after TACE and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with liver cancer. |
