Clinical Study Of Acute Cerebral Infarction(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals) By Self-made Huatan QuYu Prescription

Objective: By comparing the self-made Huatan Quyu prescription with the conventional treatment of Western medicine alone,the curative effect of self-made Huatan Quyu Prescription on cerebral infarction was studied,and its pathogenesis was discussed.Methods: 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the dialectical criteria of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment(citicoline sodium injection,Xueshuantong injection,atorvastatin calcium tablets,aspirin enteric-coated tablets).The experimental group was in Western medicine.On the basis of routine treatment,self-made Huatan Quyu Prescription was given orally for 14 days.The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,ADL,TCM diseases,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.SPSS20.0 software was used for analysis.Results: During the experiment,1 case fell off and 61 cases were included in the experiment group,including 30 cases in the experiment group and 30 cases in the control group.(2)Before treatment,the scores of daily living ability,TCM diseases,clinical efficacy,NIHSS score and basic information of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)After 14 days of treatment,the daily living ability score,traditional Chinese medicine disease score,clinical efficacy comparison,NIHSS score and other evaluation indicators of the two groups were compared again.After statistical analysis,the results showed that P < 0.05,the treatment of the two groups had significant difference and comparability.(4)Comparing the clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment,the effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,which can significantly improve the neurological deficits of patients,improve the scores of daily living ability,reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine diseases,and have no adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of treating apoplexy and regulating spleen and stomach,and on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of treating apoplexy,this study added the method of regulating spleen and stomach.The self-made Huatan Quyu Prescription can improve the patient’s condition,promote the recovery of nervous function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the score of diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,without adverse reactions,and benefit more patients with acute cerebral infarction.(2)The overall effect of the self-made Huatan Quyu Prescription combined with the general scheme of Western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is clear.Compared with the general scheme of Western medicine alone,it can significantly improve the patient’s condition and provide a new strategy for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.
