Clinical Observation Of Yufeng Huatan Quyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction (phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Resistance Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yufeng Huatan Quyu De coction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(phlegm and blood stasis mutu al obstruction type),and to observe the effect of this prescription on blood lipid m etabolism.Methods:Among the patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Cha ngde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Ch angde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from May 2020 to Decemb er 2020.62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 31 cases,control group to be acute phase of cerebral infarction of c onventional western medicine treatment,based on the team in the control group us ed the wind phlegm and dispelling stasis soup,The total efficacy of TCM syndrom e,single score of TCM syndrome,total score difference of TCM syndrome,NIHS S score,BI index,MRS score,routine blood lipid and safety of the two groups bef ore treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment were observed an d statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 87.10% in the study group and 64.74% in the c ontrol group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.In terms of single score of TCM syndrome and total score difference of TCM syndrome,in tra-group comparison showed that the symptoms of both groups were relieved afte r 7 days and 14 days,suggesting that both groups were effective in treatment.Com pared with the control group,the total difference of TCM integral value and single integral of TCM syndrome in the study group were statistically different(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of the study group was better.In terms of NIHSS scor e,BI index and MRS score,intra-group comparison showed that NIHSS score,BI index and MRS score decreased in both groups after 14 days of treatment,suggesti ng that both groups were effective in treatment.Compared with the control group,t here were statistical differences in NIHSS score and BI index between the study gr oup and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the study group had a better e ffect,but no difference in MRS score(P>0.05),indicating that the study grou p had no significant advantage in improving the degree of stroke disability in a sho rt time.In terms of lipid levels,after 14 days of treatment,lipid levels were reduce d in both groups.The study group had a better effect in reducing TG,LDL-C,TC a nd regulating HDL-C,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with acute cerebral infarction(phlegm-stasis mutual obstr uction type),Yufeng Huatan Quyu prescription combined with conventional weste rn medicine can effectively improve the total efficacy of TCM syndrome,TCM sy ndrome partial single integral,TCM syndrome total integral difference,NIHSS sc ore,BI index,blood lipid level.However,in terms of MRS score,the study group had no obvious advantage in improving MRS score in a short period of time,durin g which no adverse reactions occurred,and the safety was high.
