Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality,which poses a serious threat to human health.Lung Adenocarcinoma(LUAD)accounts for the largest proportion of all pathological types of lung cancer.Although the research on lung adenocarcinoma continues,the mechanism of lung adenocarcinoma is still unclear.Differentially expressed genes refer to genes that have significant differences in expression under different environments.More and more studies have shown that differentially expressed genes play an important role in the pathogenesis of diseases.Therefore,it is of great significance for early diagnosis and late treatment of lung adenocarcinoma to study the mechanism of the generation and development of lung adenocarcinoma from the perspective of differentially expressed genes.Based on the expression data of 592 lung adenocarcinoma samples from TCGA database,7079 differentially expressed genes were screened out,and their functional enrichment and histone distribution levels were analyzed.Secondly,we analyzed the weighted gene co-expression network of all differentially expressed genes and obtained four risk modules significantly related to lung adenocarcinoma.We analyzed the risk module of lung adenocarcinoma in gene ontology,studied the biological process of risk module enrichment,and determined the hub genes of each risk module according to module identity MM and connectivity.FHL1,PTPRB,LINC00968,LINC01996,LINC00987,DOK2,SPI1,BUB1,NCAPG and CDK5RAP3 are the most significant hub genes in the four lung adenocarcinoma risk modules.FHL1,PTPRB,DOK2,SPI1,BUB1,NCAPG,CDK5RAP3,LINC00968 and LINC01996 have been proved to be highly correlated with many malignant tumors and other complex diseases.Although the current research on LINC00987 is insufficient,we believe that LINC00987 may be as important as other hub genes and may serve as a biomarker for early diagnosis or prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma,which will help us to further study the pathological mechanism of lung adenocarcinoma.
