As an important part of the future combat operation system, the success rate of joint combat search and rescue reflects the construction of national battlefield search and rescue system, the quality of search and rescue team members, the performance of search and rescue equipment and the level of medical rescue capability. In future wars, joint search and rescue operations are often carried out in the combat area covered by the crisscrossing fire of the enemy and ourselves. Therefore, search and rescue team members and personnel in distress may face the high-risk fire threat at any time when carrying out missions. How to maintain the basic vital signs of the victims and bring them back to our control area safely in the complex search and rescue environment is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction and development of search and rescue team.To explore operational environment's influence on the treatment technology, using the control variable method, the selection of the island operational stage distress the wounded conventional weapons damage depth research,in-depth combat rescue treatment may face the risk of action and to establish the corresponding site emergency technical suitability Assessment and selection model, provide combat rescue site emergency technical screening with scientific methods,at the same time to provide reference for the medical plan of combat rescue operations. The research content is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part elaborates relevant concepts and theories.Use the Hist Cite and Cite Space bibliometric method to dig literature data related to search and rescue, and analyze the development direction and trend of international hot topics.Retrieval by applying the method of literature research at home and abroad related to search and rescue, combat rescue and rescue and so on literature material, this project involves the basic concepts, such as: search and rescue, combat search and rescue, combat joint search-and-rescue,search and rescue team, missing person in battle, survival rate, combat search and rescue first-aid technique and the risk is defined and described, provide theoretical support for the study of the subject.Identify the risk factors in the combat search and rescue process,so as to provide a basis for taking targeted countermeasures.Meanwhile, with an aim to improve the efficiency of combat search and rescue operations, explore and analyze the capability requirements of search and rescue teams for on-site rescue based on the functional positioning of search and rescue teams. The second part formulates the alternative list of combat search and rescue first aid techniques. It is the premise and basis for risk assessment and screening of combat search and rescue field first aid technique to develop alternative lists of combat search and rescue field first aid techniques that match the CSAR needs, functional positioning, search and rescue environment and treatment level.Guided by the capability demand of combat search and rescue,101 technical items related to combat first aid and rescue were collected and sorted, and a total of 49 on-site rescue techniques in 7 categories were preliminarily obtained after induction and integration. The selection criteria of alternative techniques for on-site rescue were formulated, and the methods of expert consultation and boundary value were used to select the inductive and integrated techniques.Finally,45 items were selected into the list of first-aid techniques for combat search and rescue, laying a foundation for the empirical research on suitability assessment and screening of combat search and rescue first-aid techniques. The third part constructs the combat search and rescue risk assessment index system.Risk factors affecting combat search and rescue operations were extensively collected and analyzed, and technical evaluation indexes that could evaluate both the ability to treat combat injuries and the ability to adapt to field operations were selected. In accordance with the principles of science, independence, feasibility, operability and continuability,an evaluation index system consisting of five first-level indicators was establised by comprehensive use of expert consultation method and AHP method, and the weight of each indicator to evaluate its treatment capacity and associated risks was determined. In order to provide support for the next step to build combat search and rescue field first aid technique applicability evaluation model.Based on the combat joint search and rescue on-site emergency technology candidate list, and using the combat search and rescue risk assessment index as the dimension, the AHP-Vague risk assessment voting model is selected, and the expert system is invited to comprehensively evaluate the risk of the on-site emergency technique in the application process and vote. The voting result is weighted and multiplied by the forward and reverse weights of the risk assessment indicator to obtain the evaluation formula of each technique, and establish a combat search and rescue site first-aid technique suitability assessment and screening model to realize different risks according to the decision-making plan or decision makers.Level, screen out on-site first aid technology that meets this level of risk.Innovative:1.The evaluation criteria for combat search and rescue operations and the functional positioning of search and rescue teams were proposed, and the capability requirements of search and rescue operations were sorted out,so as to fill in the theoretical gaps of our military in combat search and rescue.2.A list of first-aid techniques for combat search and rescue was developed to meet the technical configuration requirements matching the functional positioning, treatment needs, search and rescue environment and treatment level of combat search and rescue.3.The risk assessment index system of combat search and rescue field first-aid technique is constructed, which systematically and comprehensively reflects the risk sources of field first-aid technique and meets the dual assessment needs of combat search and rescue field first-aid technique.4.The suitability assessment model of combat search and rescue field first-aid technique is constructed to meet the functional requirements of combat search and rescue, and to provide more applicable technical screening and decision-making methods.
