Mining The Law Of Traditional Chinese Diabetic Microvascular Complications Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective: Through the statistical analysis of the prescriptions in the literature of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications(diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy),Exploring the law of TCM treatment of three complications.Methods: By selecting DR,DKD and DPN of treatment about traditional Chinese medicine relevant literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)of ten years in 2008.1-2018.1,Standardize the name and taste of the drug,Using the "prescription management" module of the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritancesupport System(V2.5),Establish a separate prescription database for Three complications,Counting the frequency of each drug,second,Calculating high frequency drugs through the laws of QiFu,and establish a database in the excel spreadsheet,Counting high-frequency medicines of four gas,five flavors,returning to the classics,if it appears,the assignment value is 1,otherwise,the assignment value is 0.then the statistical data will be analyzed.using association rules to analyze high frequency drug combinations,Furthermore,based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,the new party of each disease is excavated.Results:1.High frequency drug results: The total of screening for diabetic retinopathy 180 articles,Involving 155 drugs,40 high frequency drugs such as Huangqi and Lycium;There are 350 articles on diabetic nephropathy,involving 217 drugs,66 high frequency drugs such as Huangqi and Poria;There are 315 articles on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,involving 205 drugs,57 high frequency drugs such as Huangqi and angelica.2.Four gas,five flavors and meridian results: the most used of Four gas in three kinds of complications are cold,warm and flat.The most used of the five flavors are sweet,bitter and spicy,The meridians are mainly liver and spleen.3.High frequency traditional Chinese medicine combination mining results: there are 9 high frequency combinations such as Huangqi and Rehmanniae were excavated in Diabetic retinopathy,17 high frequency combinations such as Huangqi and Dioscorea opposita were excavated in diabetic nephropathy,25 high frequency combinations such as Carthamus and Chuanxiong were excavated in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and there are 4 common high frequency combinations such as Huangqi and miltiorrhiza in three complications.4.New traditional Chinese medicine prescription mining results: There are three new prescriptions such as Ophiopogon japonicus,Codonopsis pilosula,Schisandra chinensis,Coix seed,Seaweed were excavated in diabetic retinopathy,four new prescriptions such as Rosa laevigata Michx,Lotus Seed Heart,Cuttlebone,Scutellaria,ophicalcite in diabetic nephropathy,and six new prescriptions such as Centipede,Scorpion,Cicada Molt,Cinnamon Branch,Asarum in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion:1.The core pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy is based on Physical weakness,the sputum and blood stasis gather together in the vein are the surface phenomenon,resulting in a weak and real,Cold and hot mixed syndrome.2.The pathogenesis of DR,DKD and DPN is closely related to liver and spleen.3.Drugs for DR,DKD and DPN are mainly tonic,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,heat-clearing,detoxifying and blood-cooling drugs.
