A Liter-based Study On Herbal Administration Regularity Of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective:To explore the( Traditional Chinese Medicine)TCM differential treatment regulation of diabetic retinopathy,in order to provide the basis for TCM treatment in the disease and the reliable reference for the clinical treatment and clinical research.Methods:The research literature collected from Chinese journal full-text database(2000-2014),analysis has been carried out deeply,focus on the medicine that has been used,especially the internal therapy.Database was established with Excel software,the medicine serves as the variable,the medicine found in prescription was valued as 1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valued as 0.Frequency analysis was applied to find the commonly used medicines and medicine category,clustering analysis was applied to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship,all above method were been used to explore the regulation of Chinese herbs usage.Results:303 papers were selected out from the periodical database according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,there are total 213 kinds of Chinese herbs. The total frequency was 3893 times.There are 38 kinds medicine that common used,accounting for.. % of the all used medicine,their frequency was above 30 times.The most frequency used drug was promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,their frequency was above 70.22 percent.The frequencyof heat-cleeaning drugs was above 20 percent,only second to the tonic drugs.The three kinds of significant medicine property are cold,warm and flat.The three kinds of herb taste of sweet,bitter and Xin,are most commonly used.Drugs were classified by meridian the top five are the Liver,the Kidney,the Spleen,the stomach,the Lung.Classified by the times showed in it,the top five are the Liver,the spleen,the heart,and the lung.Conclusion: 1.Based on the analysis of DR prescription of Chinese medicine treatment,Astragalus mongholics are most commonly used.The most frequent used drug classes are promoting tonic drugs.The property of herbs is mainly cold,warm and fiat.The tastes mainly sweet,bitter and Xin,meridians mainly the Liver,the kidney and the spleen.2.All in all,drugs chiefly used are tonic and heat-cleaning drug.All this reflect that the etiology and pathogenesis features of the DR are vacuity and deficiency-excess complication.Tonifying and removing the evil are as the main application rule of the DR drugs use.
