The Research On Grass-roots Employment For The Directional Training Of Rural Medical Students In XZ Health School

Implementing the strategy of healthy China and strengthening the grass-roots medical and health service system were put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,rural medical workers in the grass-roots are generally lacking in professional knowledge,mobility and other issues.Jiangsu Province has made important measures to develop a targeted orientation program for rural medical professions.Since 2012,the XZ Health School has started to enroll students in rural medical.The school will train high-quality medical personnel for the grass-roots units as the training target.At present,nearly 300 graduates have been sent to township health departments and grass-roots rural medical units in the counties and districts of XZ.Investigation on the current situation of graduates' employment at the grass-roots level can enrich the theoretical basis of education and teaching of rural medical specialty to a certain extent,and provide a new way to improve the quality of directional training of rural medical specialty.At the same time,it also has important practical significance and application value for the government to carry out the order-oriented medical students training program at all levels and implement the employment policy.Through questionnaires,interviews record,literature method,systematic analysis etc.combined with employment-related theories.This article analyzes status quo of rural science majors and proposes countermeasure and suggestions.In the introduction part,the background,purpose and significance of this topic are explained,and the research results at home and abroad are summarized and designed.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical founding including the concepts and characteristics of grass-roots employment,rural medical profession and orientation training,and the research of employment related theory to support the theory.In order to investigate the employment status of rural medical students in XZ health school,the investigation is carried out from the following four aspects: the current situation of the overall primary medical care in China,the feedback from grass-roots units,the feedback from graduates,the employment intention of students in schools and the employment guidance.It is found that there is an imbalance between the supply and demand of medical personnel in urban and rural areas,and the primary medical treatment sheet.The reasons for the serious loss of personnel,the low satisfaction of grass-roots units to the directional training students who have participated in the distribution,the inability of the training objectives of schools to be close to the grass-roots level,and the poor comprehensive vocational literacy of students are found from the four levels of government,grass-roots units,schools and students respectively,which are the imbalance of supply and demand in the labor market,the imperfect formulation of government policies,and the low salary of grass-roots units.Work conditions are not good,the current school training program can't adapt to the grass-roots level,employment guidance work is relatively backward,students do not straighten out employment attitude,do not take the initiative to improve business ability,and so on.Combining with employment theory,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that is,the government should strengthen policy guidance and establish incentive mechanism to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;the grass-roots unit level should actively improve the grass-roots employment mechanism and optimize the working environment;the school level should rationally adjust the training program to meet the needs of the grass-roots level and strengthen the guidance of students grass-roots employment;and the individual students should be able to establish a positive role.Grass-roots employment concept can bring its own value into play,enhance the comprehensive quality of occupation and enhance the competitiveness of employment.By intervening in these four levels and improving them in turn,all links can play a synergistic role,and ultimately realize the good situation of government policy-oriented,the overall promotion of grass-roots medical units,the active training of schools,students' secure employment,and improve the establishment of grass-roots rural medical and health system.
