Objective:Study the effectiveness and safety of drug eluting balloon in restenosis after coronary stent implantation. Methods:This research analysis8patients had received coronary artery stent therapy and stent restenosis from April2014to February2015in the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University, they all used the paclitaxel eluting balloon (SeQuent Please) percutaneous coronary angioplasty for treatment, and to have coronary artery angiography6-9months after operation, observed the success rate of the interventional therapy and the lesion segment late lumen loss situation in patients with in-stent restenosis. We describes three patients to specific analysis the use of experience in patients with in-stent restenosis who cured with drug-eluting balloon, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of drug eluting balloon in the application in such patients. Result:1.8cases of operation patients with immediate success rate was100%.2. The immediate results of the8patients after PCI and6-9months angiography lesion restenosis degree statistics:The group of patients with lesions immediately after interventional therapy minimal lumen diameter2.81±0.38mm, residual stenosis7.9±1.8%, minimum lumen diameter review angiography2.61±0.35mm, lumen loss was0.20±0.07mm, residual stenosis15.7±5.5%.Conclusion:1. This study is to investigate the effectiveness and safety of paclitaxel eluting balloon catheter in the treatment of coronary restenosis lesions, the immediate success rate of operation is100%, confirmed that the treatment of paclitaxel eluting balloon in stent restenosis lesions is effective and safe.2. Review after segmental coronary angiography showed lesions late lumen loss did not increase obviously and did not appera restenosis, once again proved the effectiveness and safety of paclitaxel eluting balloon in restenosis.3. Drug eluting balloon without local metal stents implanted in stent restenosis lesions, avoids luminal stenosis caused by metal stent implantation again, balloon without polymer such as drug eluting stent, does not induce late thrombosis, prevent inflammation and intimal hyperplasia, with substantial clinical benefit, therefore paclitaxel eluting coronary balloon catheter can become an effective new method for the treatment of in-stent restenosis.
