The Efficiency Of Irbesartan Combined With Shen Qi Jiang Tang Particles For The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the efficiency of irbesartan combined with Shen Qi Jiang Tang particles for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy by observing the indicators regard to the treatment,the indicators including m ALB?24hr Upr V?UAER?FBG?PBG?Hb A1c?insulin dosage?lipid levels?blood pressure levels and symptom scores of TCM.Our objective was to find more effective treatment and improve the therapeutic effect.Methods 65 patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients metted the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group of 33 patients,the treatment group of32 patients.Both of the two groups were given conventional treatment,such as controlling blood sugar,high-quality low-protein,low-fat and low salt diet,controlling blood pressure and motion guidance.On the basis of conventional therapy,the control group was given irbesartan 300mg/d,and the treatment group was given not only irbesartan 300mg/d but also Shen Qi Jiang Tang particles,respectively treated for 12 weeks,measured the changes of the m ALB?24hr Upr V?UAER?FBG?PBG?Hb A1c?insulin dosage?lipid levels?blood pressure levels and symptom scores of TCM levels of both groupa before and after the treatment.Useing the indicators to evaluate the efficacy and safety of irbesartan combined with Shen Qi Jiang Tang particles for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Results Through statistical analysis,between the two groups,there are no significant in gender,age,disease duration,proteinuria,blood glucose and other baseline,comparability of the two groups were better.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved to varying degrees,and the difference of the indicators including the urinary protein,blood glucose,Hb A1 c,insulin dosage,lipid levels,blood pressure levels and symptom scores of TCM was statistically significant(p<0.05),but these indicators including urine albumin,24 h total urinary protein,urinary albumin excretion rate,symptom scores improved obviously,and the insulin dosage of the treatment group was less.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Neither group experienced significant adverse reactions during the course of the syudy.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with Shen Qi Jiang Tang particles for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy compared with using western medicine alone is more pronounced in improving clinical symptoms,reducing urinary protein,and improving glucose metabol ism,there were no adverse reactions during administration,this method can protect renal function and delay the progress of renal failrure,it has the role to control the disease,improve clinical symptoms,worthy of promotion.
