ObjectiveDiabetic Mellitus is a kind of metabolic disease,it's major performance is blood glucose slowly rised,its pathogenesis is very complicated.In recent years,the morbidity of DM and complication has rapidly rised.Nowadays,for the human beings,it will be one some serious problem of public health security.By analyzing the recent research results,we can draw a conclusion:It has some relationship between GGT and Insulin resistance,Oxidative Stress,it maybe the independent dangerous factor of Diabetic Mellitus and Impaired glucose tolerance.This paper's main idea is“By analyzing the difference of GGT concentration in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,for this reason to find some forecasting methods”.MethodWe choosed 76 patients,who cure T2DM in Taishan Medical College Affiliated Hospital,during March 01th,2016 to December 31th,2016,name it A class;choose 90DPN patients,name it B class,at the same time,we should get rid of the patients who eat in some drugs,which intervented liver metabolism,in recent 30 days,and other liver,kidney,brain disease;some serious Diabetes mellitus complication,for example:Ketoacidosis,fever and so on.On the other side,choose 100 average persons who have health examination at Taishan Medical College Affiliated Hospital medical examination center,name it C class.Testing:Cystation C,Gamma Glutamyl Transperptidase,Glycosylated Hemoglobin,Aspartate transaminase,Alanine aminotransferase,Triglyceride,Total Cholesterol,Fasting Blood Glucose.Using SPSS 17.0 software to analyzing the datas,using pearson to analyse the connection between GGT and any index,using Logistic regression analysis method to find some index to calculating DPN.P<0.05 means the difference has statistical significance.Result1.The hospital stays:The average hospital stays in DPN patients is much longer than DM patients without DPN.2.GGT concentration level:Compare A class with C class about GGT,has no difference?P>0.05?,B class GGT level is much be better than other two classes.3.Pearson analyze result:GGT level has positive correlation with BMI,HbA1c,FBG,disease duration,the correlation index is 0.492?0.223?0.536?0.481;Cystatin C level has positive correlation with BMI,SBP,disease duration,the correlation index:0.482,0.021,0.411.But GGT and Cystatin C have no obviously connection with Age,DBP,ALT,AST.?P>0.05?.4.Using single factor analysis,draw a conclusion:BMI,GGT,disease duration have some connection.Using Logistic regression analysis,we know OR index is 1.189?8.39?5.991?8.569?0.551,95%confidence interval is?1.0791.288???2.94134.980???1.63359.872???3.27822.360???0.3580.941?.Conclusion1.GGT level in DPN patients is much be better than DM patients without DPN.The increasing GGT level may one of the reason of DPN.2.The average hospital stays in DPN is much longer than DM patients without DPN.It follows that DPN lengthen the hospital stays,this will add burden to society and family.So,it's necessary to use to GGT to forecast the DPN.
