Objective: to analyze the related risk factors of amputation in patients with diabetic foot. Methods: the clinical data of 513 patients with diabetic foot hospitalized in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.15 patients with type 1 and special type diabetic foot and 20 patients with Wagner 0 were excluded.274 patients with Wagnerl~5 grade DF were included in the study.according to whether the patients with diabetic foot were amputated or not, they were divided into non-amputation group and amputation group.Among them, the amputation group is divided into large amputation group and small amputation group according to the classification of amputation.Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed on amputation group and non-amputation group, large amputation group and minor amputation group, and the data of diabetic foot non-amputation group and diabetic foot amputation group were analyzed by analysis of variance or chi-square test, and the indexes with statistically significant differences were analyzed by univariate, multivariate and statistical analysis.finally, the indexes with statistically significant differences were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: There were 274 patients with diabetic foot,110(40.1%)in amputation group and 164(59.9%)in non-amputation group, including 18(16.4%)in large amputation group and 92(83.6%)in small amputation group.Wagner levels 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 are 0(0%),0(0%),18(18.2%),73(66.4%)and 17(15.5%),respectively.In the diabetic foot non-amputation group, the levels of Wagner 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 were 0(0%),3(1.8%),138(84%),19(11.6%),4(2.4%)and 0(0%),respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Wagner grade, foot ulcer, urinary protein, fibrinogen and vascular blockage were independent risk factors of diabetic footamputation.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Wagner grade, albumin and cerebrovascular disease were independent risk factors for large amputation. Conclusions: Wagner grade, foot ulcer, urinary protein, fibrinogen and vascular blockage are independent risk factors of amputation in patients with diabetic foot, while Wagner grade, albumin and cerebrovascular disease are independent risk factors of major amputation...
