Objective: AIM: To analyze the TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of brucella spondylitis in order to provide reference for the future application of TCM in this disease,to help the clinic,to provide a variety of treatment options for BS patients, and to be more effective, faster and better choice of treatment approaches. Methods: Based on the current study, the authors collected ~2014-01-01 and2019-12-01 outpatient and inpatient from thespinal department of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, which accord with a criterion.referring to "Clinical Diagnostics of Modern Chinese Medicine "," Guidance of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicine" and "Reference Standard of TCM Deficiency Syndrome differentiation ",combined with the clinical characteristics of specialty and related literature materials, the diagnostic criteria and assignment of TCM syndrome differentiation elements were formulated.all symptoms and signs according to whether they have assigned value l ?0,using Epidata double machine independent input, check the correct rate of more than 97%,immediately after the data input error detection, and timely correction.SPSS23.0 is used for statistical analysis. The statistical methods are frequency distribution and systematic cluster analysis. Results: brucellosis syndrome of qi deficiency syndrome accounts for the most proportion in the whole classification, followed by liver and kidney yin deficiency type, while kidney yang deficiency syndrome and damp-heat invasion account for less, among which damp-heat invasion syndrome is the least, which provides a certain clinical help for the future treatment of traditional chinese medicine. Conclusion: The combination of symptoms of brucellosis is closely related to TCM syndrome differentiation and has important guiding significance for syndrome classification. The syndrome characteristics of brucellosis can provide some basis for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
