Effect Of Xiang Tianma Decoction Of Gastrodiaelata On Quality Of Life Of Patients With Yindeficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Hypertension

Objective: to observe the effect of xiangtianma decoction and jiawei prescription on the quality of life of patients with yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactive hypertension,and to infer whether it has a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactive hypertension.Methods: 62 patients with yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactive hypertension who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group with traditional Chinese medicine decoction "fragrant gastrodia elata decoction".The above two groups were observed for 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,duchenne hypertension quality of life score,TCM syndrome score and blood pressure were measured,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)the quality of life: 1)the group comparison: two groups of patients after treatment of 4 weeks physiology,somatization symptoms,sexual dysfunction,sleep,angry,or dynamic,anxiety,depression,force status,sensitive interpersonal relationship,working condition and hostile integral before treatment were significantly higher(p < 0.05),the comparison between the 2)groups:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of physiological state,somatization symptoms,sexual dysfunction,sleep state,anger or vitality,and depressive state in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p < 0.05),while the scores of anxiety,compulsive state,interpersonal sensitivity,working state and hostility showed no statistical significance.(2)TCM syndrome efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 83.33% in the treatment group and56.67% in the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)antihypertensive effect: 1)intra-group comparison: after 4 weeks of treatment,the systolic and diastolic bloodpressure in the two groups were compared after treatment and before treatment,showing statistical differences(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: after 4 weeks of treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion :(1)fragrant gastrodia decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.(2)fragrant gastrodia decoction can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity;(3)fragrant gastrodia elata decoction and flavoring prescription can assist in reducing blood pressure to a certain extent.
