The Research On Clinical Symptoms And Curative Effect Of Gastrodia And Uncaria Decoction On Hypertension Of Liver Yang Hyperactivity

Object: This study observed the effects of Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction on clinical symptoms of patients with hyperactivity of liver yang hyperactivity,to explain the mechanism and mechanism of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension.so then to enrich the raditional Chinese medicine in the field of hypertension.Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,which were in accordance with the standard of the clinical liver Yang hyperfunction hypertension,20 in control group and 20 in treatment group.the control group was given felodipine treatment,the treatment group was given Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction.The blood pressure and scores of clinical symptoms and the quality of life were observed before treatment and after treatment.Results:To improve the level of blood pressure,the Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction group and felodipine group compared before and after treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were both significantly changed(P< 0.01),but the two groups comparison showed no difference(P > 0.05);Symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine were changed in treatment group,the total efficiency of 80%,while the rate of the control group was 45%,which were significantly different(P?0.05);the score of quality of life in Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction group was better than felodipine group before and after treatment(P < 0.01)with significant difference.Conclusion: Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction and felodipine can improve blood pressure in patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity,but in improving the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients,Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction group was superior to the felodipine group...
