Research On The Clinical Efficacy And Life Quality Of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction On Liver-and-Kidney Yin Deficiency Hypertension

Objective: Combined with clinical medicine experience observation and understanding of the basic theory of TCM,this study assessed through clinic with the measurement of blood pressure,TCM syndrome integral,quality of life scale,comprehensively and objectively evaluate the add and subtract in the town of liver wind soup out of the many aspects,the influence of clinical studies to prove the validity of the town of liver wind out soup and security,combined Chinese and western medicine for clinical treatment of essential hypertension disease provides a new way of thinking.Results:(1)Antihypertensive efficacy: the total antihypertensive effective rate of the treatment group was 84.6%,and that of the control group was 78.9%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of the value of blood pressure measured in the consultation room,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure measured in the consultation room of the two groups after treatment were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The internal comparison between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference in the values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).In improving the 24 h ambulatory blood pressure measurements,the treatment group of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure measurements in the cycle day systolic and diastolic blood pressure load,nocturnal systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure load is decreased obviously(P < 0.05),systolic blood pressure load,diastolic blood pressure load in the day,and the nighttime systolic blood pressure load,diastolic blood pressure load values also reduced(P < 0.05),the difference had statistical significance.(2)TCM syndrome effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%;The control group was 86.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores,both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Efficacy of quality of life: Compared with before treatment,physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,sleep status,degree of anger or vitality,anxiety status,depression status,interpersonal relationship and total score of quality of life were significantly improved between the two groups before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Safety: No obvious abnormality was found in the laboratory auxiliary examination indexes of patients before and after treatment.The modified and reduced use of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction had no side effects on patients and its clinical efficacy was safe.All the above results indicate that compared with the antihypertensive treatment of western medicine alone,the addition of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction is more beneficial to the clinical antihypertensive effect and can improve the quality of life of patients in the long run.In addition,it is safe for clinical use with no toxic side effects.Conclusion: Aging body deficiency causes liver-and-kidney Yin deficiency,then Yin deficiency has no important mechanism to prevent Yang hypertensive hypertension.When treating symptoms by suppressing liver latent Yang,we should not forget to nourish Yin,tonify kidney and strengthen capital.Experimental studies have proved that the addition and subtraction of zhengan xifeng decoction combined with the standardized treatment of western medicine is more beneficial to the control of blood pressure.In addition,it is also of great benefit in improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality of life,with high clinical safety and no toxic side effects,which is worthy of more promotion.
