Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction In Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And Cold Syndrome

Objective: To summarize the efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)spleen-stomach asthenia and to observe the improvement of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups,the main symptoms of gastric pain,the single efficacy,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,endoscopic To compare the curative effect and adverse reaction rate of gastric mucosa,to explore the clinical efficacy and evaluation of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in treating chronic superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach-deficiency type,and to further treat chronic superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach-deficiency type with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.Provide evidence based evidence.Methods: Sixty-three subjects with chronic spirulina-deficiency chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group included 32 patients,including 18 males and 14 females;31 patients in the control group and 20 males in the control group.The control group was given Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets(Roseiq)orally,and the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.The 4-week course was a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The TCM symptom scores,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the main symptoms of epigastric pain and the efficacy of endoscopic gastric mucosa;statistics the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in both groups to evaluate the safety of the study.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM symptom scores: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with before and after treatment in the treatment group,the difference between the individual symptom scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment group could improve the symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis of various symptoms of TCM.Compared with before and after treatment in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in epigastric pain,belching and acid reflux,fullness after eating,poor appetite,lack of food,and mental fatigue(P<0.05);in favor of warmth,loose stools,and extremities There was no significant difference in burnout(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.01)in the symptoms of epigastric pain,hi,warmth,fullness after eating,poor appetite,loose stools,mental fatigue,and tired limbs(P<0.01).The curative effect of stomach cramps,pain,warmth,swelling after eating,poor appetite,loose stool,mental fatigue,and tired limbs were superior to those of the control group;Statistical differences(P>0.05).Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,and the effective rate of the control group was 67.74%.The differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate was 90.62% in the treatment group and 67.74% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Endoscopic mucosal curative effect: The total effective rate was 74.19% in the control group and 68.75% in the treatment group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)The main symptoms of epigastric pain score: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).(6)No significant abnormalities were reported in both groups of subjects during the course of treatment.Changes in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,and liver and kidney function tests did not change significantly.Conclusion:(1)The adverse reactions of chronic superficial gastritis treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and omeprazole were small,suggesting high safety.(2)Compared with the control group,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can significantly reduce the pain of patients with epigastric pain and it is worth promoting.
