Clinical Observation Of AcuPoint APplication Combined With Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction In The Treatment Of Stomach Pain (sPleen-stomach Deficiency Cold Syndrome)

Objective: Starting from the holistic conce Pt of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical observation of acu Point a PPlication combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of e Pigastric Pain(s Pleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome)was carried out under the conce Pt of combining external treatment with internal treatment,and its clinical efficacy was observed and data were com Pared.To ex Pand the Path of clinical treatment of the disease,to Provide more effective evidence,and to discuss its safety.Methods: Seventy-two out Patients from the First Clinical Hos Pital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine who were consistent with e Pigastric Pain(s Pleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into treatment grou P and control grou P,36 cases in each grou P.The treatment grou P was treated with acu Point a PPlication combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.The control grou P was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.Corres Ponding clinical data were recorded before and after treatment and the results were analyzed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment grou P was 85.71%,which was higher than that of the control grou P.The distribution of the curative effect(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,and the curative effect of the treatment grou P was better than the control grou P.In addition,the scores of main disease and secondary disease in the treatment grou P were better than those in the control grou P after treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).(2)ComParison of outcome sym Ptom scores re Ported by doctors of e Pigastric Pain-s Pleen and stomach diseases between the treatment grou P and the control grou P: After treatment,the outcome sym Ptom scores re Ported by doctors of e Pigastric Pain-s Pleen and stomach diseases in the two grou Ps were significantly im Proved com Pared with before(P <0.05),with statistical significance;There was no significant difference between the two grou Ps after treatment(P=0.069 > 0.05).(3)No adverse events occurred after the end of treatment in both grou Ps,and the treatment methods in both grou Ps were safe.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acuPoint a PPlication combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of e Pigastric Pain(s Pleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome)is su Perior to that of sim Ply using Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,and no adverse reactions and adverse events were found,which reflects the overall conce Pt of traditional Chinese medicine.The combination of external and internal treatment im Proves the clinical efficacy,and is of value for further research and ex Ploration.
