Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bufei Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis(Deficiency Of Lung-qi Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of jianpi bufei decoction in treating allergic rhinitis?deficiency of lungqi?.Methods:This study choose from January 2019 to January 2020 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of respiratory,otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient patients diagnosed as allergic rhinitis,conforms to the allergic rhinitis patients with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,were included in 57cases,using simple random method was divided into experimental group and the control group,treatment group 27cases and control group 26 cases,the treatment group treated with western medicine foundation to joint the spleen and tonifying lung decoction,the control group treated with western medicine foundation,4 weeks for a period of treatment,To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of jianpi bufei decoction in treating allergic rhinitis by observing the differences in fibronasopharyngoscope,blood routine,TCM syndrome score,lung function and the occurrence of adverse events in the two groups after treatment.Results:1.Before the treatment,TNSS score was?13.19±1.47?in the control group and?13.22±1.67?in the experimental group.After the independent sample t test,t=-0.069,p=0.945,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were?8.96±1.48?in the control group and?7.63±1.76?in the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=2.977,p=0.004,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=18.887,p<0.05,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.Compared with the experimental group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=12.242,p<0.05,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.The results showed that the decoction could relieve the main symptoms of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching and nasal obstruction and reduce the frequency of the symptoms,and its therapeutic effect was better than montrouster sodium alone in treating allergic rhinitis2.The TNNSS score before treatment was?3.12±0.86?in the control group and?3.26±0.81?in the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=-0.624,p=0.536,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,suggesting comparability.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were?2.19±0.63?in the control group and?1.74±0.59?in the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=2.677,p=0.010,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=5.283,p<0.05,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.Compared with the experimental group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=7.031,p<0.05,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.This score was mainly used to evaluate the concomitant symptoms of allergic rhinitis patients.The experimental results showed that the decoction could better improve the concomitant symptoms of weeping,nasopharyngeal itching,nasal or maxillary sinus pain and headache in allergic rhinitis patients.3.Before treatment,the scores of the two groups were?2.08±0.27?for the control group and?2.07±0.38?for the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=0.031,p=0.366,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were?1.96±0₂0?in the control group and?1.93±0₂7?in the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=0.552,p=0.583,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group,no significant differences in two groups after 4 weeks of treatment in patients with nasal symptoms without significant improvement in the short term,considering the allergic rhinitis is a chronic disease more,and this experiment observation period is shorter and no long-term follow-up experiment late,at present comparatively broad scope of the definition of signs,there is no precise measurements,not enough to prove on the nasal symptoms in patients with change.4.Before the treatment,the scores of the two groups were?22.85±2.56?in the control group and?22.22±2.42?in the experimental group.After the independent sample t test,t=0.912,p=0.366,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were?14.23±2.12?in the control group and?11.15±2.68?in the experimental group.After independent sample t test,t=4.626,P<0.001,and the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=3.333,p=0.003,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.Compared with the experimental group before and after treatment,the paired sample t test showed that t=3.058,p=0.005,and the score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.This experiment compared the groups before and after the treatment,and showed that the patients' symptoms of qi deficiency,such as spontaneous sweating,fatigue and fear of wind and cold,could be significantly improved by taking montelukast sodium orally and adding spleen-strengthening and lung-filling decoction.Conclusion:jianpi bufei decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve the patients' clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life,clinical safety.
