Clinical Effect Analysis Of Danshen Huayu Decoction Combined With Dorsal Foot Venous Thrombolysis In The Treatment Of Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis In Lower Limbs

Objective: Through clinical research,to explore the clinical effect of Danshen Huayu Decoction,an experienced prescription of Zhou Yuzhu,a national famous old Chinese medicine,on patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity in the acute stage,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity with traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,40 patients who were hospitalized in the vascular and breast surgery ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were diagnosed with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(acute stage)and met the inclusion criteria.According to the method of random number table,the patients with DVT were divided into two groups: the treatment group(treated with Danshen Huayu Decoction)20 cases and the control group(treated with western medicine only)20 cases.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups.Two groups were given basic treatment,the treatment group in the basic treatment at the same time with Danshen Huayu Decoction.The treatment period is 14 days.Observe the swelling,pain,skin color,temperature and ultrasound report of the affected limbs before and after treatment in the two groups,score the five indexes to get the integral value,and judge the curative effect according to the integral value;observe the change of white blood cell count in blood routine examination;change of D-dimer value in coagulation function examination,and compare the difference between the two groups.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.1.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).2.Results after treatment:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The decrease of D-dimer in blood of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Danshen Huayu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute deep vein thrombosis.(2)Danshen Huayu Decoction can improve the leukocyte condition of patients with acute deep vein thrombosis.(3)Danshen Huayu Decoction can improve the D-dimer value of patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.
