Objective:Through the analysis of TCM Syndrome Distribution and related factors of100 patients with uremic acid nephropathy and Delphi expert questionnaire,the TCM syndrome classification of uremic acid nephropathy was summarized,and a high consensus conclusion was obtained to help guide clinical dialectical classification and provide reference for the standardization of clinical pathway of uremic acid nephropathy.Method:1.Through the prospective research method,sort out the TCM syndrome types of uremic acid nephropathy.Through the collection of clinical data of100 uremic acid nephropathy patients,including gender,age,four diagnosis information,etc.,get the TCM syndrome data of uremic acid nephropathy patients,and then use the statistical software SPSS23.0 To make statistics,analyze the general information of patients and the distribution of TCM syndromes,and finally The distribution law of the syndrome of acid nephropathy in urine was obtained.2.Using Delphi method,according to the needs of the study of uremic acid nephropathy,following the principle of authority,representativeness and regionality,50 chief or deputy chief physicians from various regions who have been engaged in the specialty of kidney disease and rheumatism of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated Chinese and Western medicine for a long time were selected,of which 70%(35)were professors of Nephrology,30%(15)were teachers of rheumatology.Expert questionnaires were made and summarized The TCM syndrome types of UA nephropathy with high consensus are summarized(if there is a big difference between the expert opinions in the two rounds of questionnaires,further multiple rounds of questionnaires can be conducted to make the expert opinions tend to be the same).3.Compare the clinical TCM syndromes with the results of expert opinions,analyze the similarities and differences between the two results,that is,the accuracy of this method to study the distribution of TCM Syndromes of uremic acid nephropathy.Result:1.The proportion of men and women with uric acid is Four point five : 1,average age forty-seven point two three + eleven point nine The gender and age were all the factors affecting the disease.The incidence rate of male was significantly higher than that of female.The incidence of the disease was highest at the age of 40-50.2.In the clinical symptoms,75% of the patients suffered from joint burning,swelling and pain,and 73% of the patients suffered from joint gouty stone.These two kinds of symptoms are the most common.In the statistics of TCM syndromes,deficiency and excess syndrome are common,accounting for 53% of the total,among which the syndrome of dampness and heat accumulation and deficiency of spleen and kidney qi are the most;the syndrome of simple demonstration is the second,accounting for38% of the total;the syndrome of simple deficiency is the least,only 9 cases,accounting for 9%.Proportion of damp heat syndrome in syndrome factors26.8%,the proportion of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi 24.2% Other factors accounted for less than 20%.3.In this expert opinion consensus,the syndrome of damp heat accumulation and phlegm turbid internal obstruction of chronic uric acid nephropathy is multiple;the syndrome of damp heat accumulation and phlegm turbid internal obstruction is more frequent in the syndrome of demonstration,and the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and liver and kidney yin deficiency are common;the disease location is kidney,which is related to liver,spleen and heart.Conclusion:1.the incidence rate of male uric acid nephropathy was significantly higher than that of female.2.the highest incidence rate was 41-50 years old.3.The clinical symptoms of chronic uric acid nephropathy are burning pain and gouty stone formation.In syndrome factors,damp heat and deficiency of spleen and kidney qi are common.In the opinion of experts,deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney Yin is more frequent than deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney qi,while deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney qi is more common in clinical investigation results.
