Clinical Study On Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathywith Resolving Wind, Dredging Collaterals And Detoxification Method

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of resolving wind method on the base of Detoxification and Dredging Collaterals in the treatment of disease,it was used Resolving wind,Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification Method to treat Early Diabetic Nephropathy(the Syndrome of Qi-Yin Deficiency,Wind-dampness in Kidney and Blockage of Kidney Collateral).And it revealed that “Wind evil” was an important pathogenic factor for early DN.It could found a new Traditional Chinese Medicine method to treat for early DN,and it will be helpful.Methods: Under the guidance of the academic theory of Toxicity injures nephropathy meridian collaterals,in this paper,it was selected early DNs commonly used in clinical practice(the Syndrome of Qi-Yin Deficiency,Wind-dampness in Kidney and Blockage of Kidney Collateral)for clinical observation and research.A total of 72 clinical observation research subjects were selected and divided into two groups using the randomized control method.After strict screening of shedding cases,the remaining cases that met the criteria were randomly divided into the Treatment Group(Resolving wind,Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification)and the Control Group(Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification),and30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional basic treatment.The Treatment Group was treated with Resolving wind,Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification Decoction,and the Control Group was treated with Shengmai San and Taohong Siwu Decoction.The treatment course was 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,which contained glucose metabolism,Urine microalbumin/urinecre atinine ratio,microalbuminuria,glomerular filtration rate,and?2 microglobulin.This aim was to test and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.To evaluate the safety of the treatment plan,the physical and chemical examinations before and after treatment in the two groups were observed as clinical safety indicators.Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group,and 76.67% in the control group.Analysis by SSPS 26.0 software,The Treatment Group was better than theControl Group in improving clinical symptoms,urine microalbumin,glomerular filtration,urine microalbumin/urinecre atinine ratio rate,?2 microglobulin,etc.(P <0.05).The Resolving wind,Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification Decoction of clinical effect was good,and no toxic or side effects were observed in clinical observation.Conclusion: Resolving wind,Dredging Collaterals and Detoxification Method based on the theory of toxic damage to the kidney collaterals was a theory of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(the Syndrome of Qi-Yin Deficiency,Wind-dampness in Kidney and Blockage of Kidney Collateral).It could effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the discharge of albumin and ?2microglobulin.And it could effectively reduce the value of urine microalbumin/urinecre atinine ratio rate,too.It could provide better Traditional Chinese Medicine guidance and treatment options for the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
