Objective1.To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Foot Bath Recipe combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis;2.To explore the optimal treatment plan to reduce the degree of injury of superficial peroneal nerve,common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods All patients were from 2019.01 to 2019.12 from the Outpatient and Inpatient Department of Endocrinology Department of Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on the "Guide to the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China"(2017 edition)formulated by the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine The "Guidelines for the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Traditional Chinese Medicine"(2016edition)was issued.Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy complying with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group30 cases and control group 30 cases.All patients included in the trial cases were routinely given glycemic control and improved symptomatic treatment of circulating drugs.The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin alone,and the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Foot Bath Recipe combined with oral mecobalamin.The course of treatment was 1 month,and the electromyograms of the two lower limbs were observed before and after the treatment.The changes of the indexes,the scores of the Michigan Screening Scale and the TCM Symptom Scale were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results1.Clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was97%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);2.Electromyographic indicators of both lower limbs: Compared with before treatment,the sensory nerves of the superficial peroneal nerve,common peroneal nerve,and motor nerve of the tibial nerve in the treatment group and control group were all higher than before treatment.Significant improvement(P <0.05 or P <0.01),indicating that the treatment regimens of the treatment group and control group were effective.However,compared with the control group,the treatment group's electromyographic indicators increased significantly after treatment(P <0.01),which indicates that the Huoxue Tongluo Foot Bath Recipe combined with mecobalamin is superior to mecobalamin alone Program;3.Michigan Screening Scale Score: Compared with before treatment,the scores of the treatment group and control group decreased after treatment(P <0.01),indicating that the treatment regimens of the treatment group and control group were effective.However,compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly lower score after treatment(P <0.01),indicating that the regimen of Huoxue Tongluo Foot Bath Recipe combined with mecobalamin was superior to mecobalamin alone.Conclusion The effect of Huoxue Tongluo Foot Bath Recipe combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type is obviously better than that of mecobalamin alone,and it has good clinical efficacy.The Chinese medicine foot bath combined with mecobalamin for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has small side effects,no adverse events occurred during the trial,and the patient has a high degree of recognition,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
