Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Guigui Bafa Opening Acupoint For Treatment Of Qi-blood Deficiency Liver-labor(Vision Fatigue)

Purpose:The research content of this subject belongs to the ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine,taking the liver fatigue of Qi and blood deficiency type as the research object,adopting the randomized controlled experimental research method,observing the clinical effect of liver fatigue of Qi and blood deficiency type from acupuncture combined with Lingguibafa acupoint opening treatment,providing new treatment means and ideas for the treatment of visual fatigue,and providing certain basis for clinical promotion.Method: The clinical observation method of randomized parallel control was used in this study.72 cases were included according to the standard.According to the principle of complete randomization,the patients were divided into two groups: treatment group(acupuncture combined with Linggui Bafa acupoint opening to treat liver fatigue of Qi and blood deficiency type)and control group(common acupuncture for liver fatigue of Qi and blood deficiency type),36 cases in each group,72 cases in total.Result: In this study,acupuncture combined with Lingguibafa acupoint-opening therapy was used to treat asthenopia due to deficiency of Qi and blood(liver fatigue).The treatment group was set up as the treatment group,and the General Acupuncture Treatment Group as the control group.Each group had 36 people in each group.The number of cured patients in the treatment group was 12.The total effective rate was 93.333%,the total effective rate was 81.667% in the control group.Before treatment,the age,sex and symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were tested statistically.There was no significant difference between them.After treatment,the treatment group was compared with the control group in the scores of symptoms before treatment and after treatment,and the paired rank sum test was used.The results showed that each symptom was p < 0.05.The difference of curative effect was statistically significant and comparable,treatment Group and Control Group are effective treatment(see table 8),the treatment group and the Control Group after two independent Samples Wilcoxon rank sum test,and get p < 0.05,there is comparable,and Control Group > Treatment Group(s value),it indicates that the curative effect of Treatment Group is better than that of Control Group.Tosum up,the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Lingguibafa acupoint treating Asthenopia due to deficiency of Qi and blood is better than that of general acupuncture treatment due to deficiency of Qi and blood.Lingguibafa acupoint opening feeling strong,good effect,can be used in clinical development.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined spirit turtle eight method open hole treatment of qi and blood deficiency type liver pain(fatigue)compared to ordinary acupuncture treatment of qi and blood deficiency type liver pain(fatigue)curative effect is distinct,the acupuncture combined spirit turtle eight method open cavity treatment of qi and blood deficiency type liver(fatigue)method is effective.The acupuncture points used in the linggui eight method are all located at the far end of the limb,easy to select,strong sense of needle,safe and effective,should be widely promoted.
