Clinical Study On Acupuncture Of Renying Cunkou Pulse And Acupuncture Combined With Linggui Bafa On Time To Treat Migraine

Objective: The clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis combined with Linggui Bafa on acupuncture on time to treat migraine headaches,and to explore the treatment of migraine with acupuncture method of Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis combined with Linggui Bafa on time.The effect of headache.Methods: 90 patients with migraine who met the research requirements were randomly divided into observation group,ordinary acupuncture group and western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture at Renying cunkou Pulse combined with Linggui Bafa on time.The ordinary acupuncture group was treated with conventional acupuncture and acupuncture.The western medicine group was given oral flunarizine capsules.All three groups were treated for three courses.treatment.Observe the changes in the visual analogue score(VAS score)of the three groups of patients before treatment and 2 hours after the end of the first treatment,the effectiveness of the three courses of treatment ended,and the effectiveness of three months after the end of the three courses of treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Evaluation results.Results:1.Before treatment: The gender,age,and course of disease of the three groups were compared between groups.The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and was comparable.2.First treatment: The headache VAS scores of the two groups after the first treatment were decreased compared with those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Three courses of treatment ended: The total effective rate of the three groups was compared.There was no significant difference between the observation group(96.7%)and the general acupuncture group(90.0%)(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant compared with the western medicine group(76.7%).Significance(P <0.05).4.Three months after the end of the three courses of treatment:The total effective rate of the three groups was compared.The observation group(90.0%)was significantly different from the general acupuncture group(76.7%)and the western medicine group(57.0%)(P <0.05).Conclusion: Observing acupuncture methods of Renying Cunkou pulse combined with Linggui Bafa to open acupuncture points on time,conventional acupuncture,and oral western medicine to observe the three migraine treatment methods,found that all three treatment methods have good immediate effect,However,the immediate effect of acupuncture at Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis combined with Linggui Bafa on acupuncture on time is better than that of conventional acupuncture and oral western medicine.The short-term effect is equivalent to that of conventional acupuncture and acupuncture,which is superior to western medicine.Short-term efficacy is better than conventional acupuncture and western medicine.The treatment ofmigraine with acupuncture at Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis combined with Linggui Bafa on time is safe,efficient and easy to operate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
